About the home

The house has a light and airy feel and could comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. It has a large lounge, and dining area with TV, DVD, Sky and a double sofa which converts into a double bed. The house has air conditioning and central heating making it suitable holiday home all year round.
Whether you are a golf enthusiast or looking for a relaxing family holiday, this is the perfect home for you. The local shop is within the Alenda Golf development and is a 5 minute walk away or the larger town of Alicante is only a 15 minute drive.

Further details indoors:
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and one bedroom has a balcony with a pool view, and the other has a Juliet balcony. There are security shutters on all the windows in the property upstairs and downstairs.

The house is situated on a private road with only the other villas having access. The communal pool is a stones thow away, superbly maintained with the use of sunbeds and chairs. There is also a floodlit paddle court for the energetic.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Alenda Golf if perfectly positioned on the Costa Blanca for all your needs. As well as being very quiet and a relaxing holiday, it is also within easy reach of numerous popular tourist attractions.
Alicante is the capital of the region, for the visitor who wants to combine city, beach and nightlife, there is no better place to be. It has seven kms of golden sand and beautiful sea front promenades, excellent shops and restaurants and is only a 15 minute drive away. 10 minutes away is the city of Elche famous for its 300,000 officially protected palm trees and cheap shoes. All over Elche are splendid buildings and intricate stonework and a fair share of statues and monuments.

The Monforte Del Cid / Alenda Golf area

Alenda Golf has a fabulous (opened summer 2007) club house. There you can have an ice cold beer, Tapas (which is really good!) or a lovely espresso. You could sit inside the lovely air conditioned bar or on the beautiful large terrace taking in the views of the mountain and golf course.

Alenda Golf has an 18 hole par 72 course in the hillside. It was designed by Roland Favrat and opened in 1999. The first 9 holes are easy and fun with wide lanes bordered by pine trees and carob trees. The last nine holes are more technical and require greater concentration. It is an exciting course for players of every level. It also has a driving range, putting green, chipping green and practice bunker.
