Villa is surrounded by 11 acres of grounds with privacy, yet not being isolated. In the summer you are surrounded by stunning sunflower fields. Access to Villa is through your own private entrance with the Villa set in a prominent position just off a country lane. In immaculate condition & beautifully appointed Le Pigeonnier has a very homely ambiance, with full heating, the villa is an ideal place for any France vacation all year round, or use as a base for house hunting! Owners live in their own farmhouse which is completely separate to Le Pigeonnier, with their friendly pet dog, Charlie.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Lot et Garonne region
5kms to local shops and supermarkets in Castillones, ATM machine, restaurants and pharmacie. The pretty bastide towns such as Eymet & Issigeac are only 10kms away also have good shopping facilities and many restaurants. For the whole shopping experience and dining, Bergerac is 20 minutes away where you can explore more of the vineyards and activities such as the water theme park and water sports.
The area is well provided for shops, restaurants, places of interest, vin yards, wine tasting, river trips, markets in Bergerac, Issigeac, Duras, Eymet and other local villages. In the summer many have delightful night markets to sample local wines and produce. There are pretty walks and of course the mountain bikes for the more energetic.
