A fantastically located & well-appointed villa just 500m walk into the picturesque village of Monda offering a range of restaurants, shops, bars, walks, cycle tracks & the Marbella Gun & Country Club & just 15 minutes from Marbella itself, close to Puerto Banus.
A wonderfully equipped house offering flexible accommodation & full children facilities with 2 large double bedrooms (one en-suite) on the ground floor. The reception floor has stunning views across the Sierra Nieves national park & has a spacious open plan lounge/dining, high-ceiling layout with log burner, gourmet kitchen & shower room. On the top floor there are 2 double bedrooms, including the charming open-planned mezzanine bedroom.
The large sun-terrace seats 10 guests, decking through the rear French doors leads to the pool-view BBQ terrace & to the top of the garden is the hill-top decking over-looking the castle. A huge front patio offers shaded seated areas & accesses the gated infinity pool. Housekeeper available.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is home to many famous locations, the beautiful golden mile beach, Puerto Banus and many lovely traditional Spanish towns and villages. Malaga its self is also very historic and being home to the nearest airport makes Monda a very convenient and popular location
Monda area
Monda its self has so much to offer, within the village is the Marbella Gun & Country Club, which is open to non members and has many outdoor activities available, next door to the club are the riding stables where they offer experienced hacks right through to first time riders. There are great walking and cycling routes as Monda borders a national park making very beautiful and interesting routes.
Monda has several restaurants and tapas bars open all day, the Castle has a superb restaurant (from where you can see Baan Monda's 'Sundowner' decking!) and is open to non residents. Monda is also fully equipped with every day amenities including an English speaking chemist, 2 bakeries, 2 supermarkets , a post office among other convenience stores. If you require a larger shopping centre " la Canada" is a huge shopping mall containing everything you can imagine including a cinema and that is a very easy 15 minute drive away.
Marbella has several beaches, every different restaurant thinkable, fantastic shopping, and just 10 minutes on from there is Puerto Banus where the world-famous marina is located and you can do everything from people watch to even hiring a Sunseeker yacht for the day yourself!
Marbella old town is very beautiful and quaint with different squares made up of restaurants, shoe shops, cafes, ice cream parlours, gift shops and if you are lucky you will see a Spanish wedding at the old town church.
Several sandy beaches within 15 minutes drive, world famous golf courses throughout the area, glitzy Puerto Banus 20 minutes, Marbella Gun and Country Club is in the village itself, 30 minutes drive to 2 waterparks, a zoo and safari park. Historic Ronda is a 40 mins drive inland, On the coast Marbella has everything from the charming old town to the beautiful golden mile beach with everything available from boat hire at the Marinas to some of the most famous restaurants in the south of Spain. Monda Castle is walking distance from the house and offers a wonderful ambiance and great dining, Several walking and cycle routes are in and around the village, there is a bike with toddler seat at the house. Monda itself is a charming Spanish village with several tapas bars and restaurants plus every day facilities such as grocery store, bakery, chemist (English speaking). Its a very peaceful location yet so close to every activity. Can also do day trips the Morocco from the port of Marbella.
How to get there
A full map will be sent to you before you leave for your holiday. Malaga airport which is the nearest , being 35 minutes away has all the normal car hire companies in the basement of the airport making it very easy. There are several airlines that fly to Malaga airport including, British Airways, Monarch Airlines, Iberia & Easy Jet just to name a few.

Further details indoors: There is a cot, a travel cot and a full size toddlers bed with a pull out trundle bed at the villa, also there is a high chair and safety gates, we can also provide a z-bed if needed, it can be flaxiable accomdation depending on the age of the party!
Further details outdoors: On the first floor there is a large eating terrace which leads off from the main house, to the rear of the villa is a very peaceful BBQ terrace with table and chairs which looks over the swimming pool and Sierra Nevada mountains. The garden is to the rear of the property up the garden path are two decking platforms, one for all-day sun bathing, the other in a shaded location at the top of the land with stunning views of the castle and village, this is known as the "sundowner" decking for its beautiful views of sunset across the western mountain range. There are various outdoor toys at the property, also included in the rental is a bike with toddler seat, golf clubs and swimming pool toys.

25 % deposit is due at the time of confirmation, the remaining balance is due 10 weeks before your arrival date, we also require a 150 pounds security deposit that will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure.

Waking up to the view of the beautiful mountains around Monda, which is a very nice little town with a local atmosphere. There was plenty of space both inside and outside and the area around the house was nice and quiet. I can highly recommend it to families with small and older children.
