The shippon has just what's needed for a private and relaxing break. we have a comprehensive list of local pubs and eating places. The countryside of North oxfordshire is very beautiful dotted with charming villages of honey coloured stone with secrets waiting to be discovered. Visit our many wonderful NT properties and if you didn't wish to do that just go for a gentle stroll in the surrounding countryside or just read a book, whatever it is you dream of doing you can acheive it here.

Mollington is a small parish about 4 miles north of Banbury in Oxfordshire. The village has a local pub and shops. 4 miles away in Banbury you will find shopping, restaurants, kids activities, good links to London and the north, the M40 is about 3 miles from Mollington. Banbury has a famous back-ground and houses the worlds largest coffee factory. It has also been home to many formula 1 teams over the years. Take a walk round Banbury, visit the famous Banbury Cross, see the history and enjoy the town.

If its a bit of glam you are looking for, take the country roads and visit Bicester Village, famous for its discounted designer shops.

To get to us from the M40 motorway get off at the Banbury junction onto the A422 towards Banbury and pass over 2 roundabouts to a third roundabout onto the A423 to Southam for 4miles. we are 200yds past the main turn into the village of Mollington, we are on the left signed Anita's.
