The apartment is fully furnished with all mod cons (Microwave, washing machine, TV, satellite, Air conditioning etc). There is a sofa bed in the living area, which could sleep 2 more (max 6 people).
It is located close to to the beautiful town of Garrucha, on the side of a hill overlooking the Marina de la Torre golf course. There are two pools in the complex, and the beach is approx 0.75km away. There is a spar shop approx 500m away.
This is a lovely apartment to enjoy a relaxing holiday, and take in the beautiful Spanish sunshine and culture.

The Costa de Almeria region
The Costa Almeria coast is largely unspoilt. Almeria has numerous beaches as well as the rugged and natural coastline of the Cabo de Gata - Nijar natural park. The annual rainfall here is less than 200mm, and has a sparse population. There are plenty of beach coves that can be explored by back packers or nature lovers.
In Almería, you can enjoy popular, modern tourist resorts and natural areas where mankind has barely left its mark. The climate is Mediterranean, warm and dry, with low rainfall. The number of hours of sun is very high with over 3,000 hours per year. The temperature remains mild throughout the year. It does not fall below an average of 13ºC in winter, nor does it rise above an average 25º C in summer. Thanks to this mild climate, visitors can enjoy all the possibilities offered by the province at any time of year.
Mojacar / Marina De La Torre area
The pristine golden sands of Mojacar beach and its crystal clear Mediterranean waters are perfect for family holidays. The sun shines for 320 days of the year and with a 9 kilometre stretch of unspoilt, blue flag-winning beaches, this beautiful coastline offers something for every taste.
Excellent beach bars and restaurants are dotted along the promenade and you can enjoy a variety of water sports including snorkelling, sailing, pedaloes, water skiing, paragliding and windsurfing.
There is also a shopping centre set back from the beach where you can enjoy some great shopping and grab a bite to eat at one of the cosmopolitan cafe-bars.
A large part of Mojacar beach is a designated area of natural beauty. Take the coastal road out of Mojacar and you'll come across a rough track which turns off towards the sea. Follow the track to discover charming, isolated coves that are ideal for beach lovers who prefer quiet solitude.
Garrucha is a picturesque seaport with an attractive working harbour, situated next to Mojacar.
It is a lively and bustling town with plenty of shops and bars as well as a beautiful palm tree-lined promenade stretching for almost 2kms. There is an abundance of excellent seafood restaurants along the sea front where you can enjoy the speciality of large red prawns, local to these waters.
How to get there
We usually fly from Ireland with Ryanair to Almeria, Murcia and even to Alicante (from Knock Airport).
Car hire is very reasonable, we usually use Autoeurope.
