This is a fantastic modern property packedwith great facilities. The property is in a quiet location in Mojacar yet is only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, ,restaurants, shops etc..

Double patio doors lead from the lounge out on to the private garden / terrace with private pool. There is also a covered outside area with stylish oval seating making it a beautiful spot to keep out of the mid-day sun.

The south facing terraced area captures the sun through most of the day and is equipped with an outside dining table and chairs set, sun loungers, shower and a BBQ. The pool is 8m x 4m and is perfect for lounging around in enjoying a refreshing swim.

The Costa de Almeria region

The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain!

Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area

Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful
restaurants and bars.

The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.

Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.

Granada is one of Spain’s most interesting and beautiful ancient cities. After a pleasant drive through the mountains, visit - on foot - the 14C Alhambra, the citadel of the Caliphs of Granada, perched on a hill overlooking the city, and the nearby Generalife gardens. Then on to the cathedral where, in the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella of Castille are buried, and the Silk Bazaar.

There is a water park 15 minutes drive away.
A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive.
There is a zoo 25 minutes away.
Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit.

How to get there

Almeria airport is only 45mins drive away.

Majority of cheap airline fly in and out of Almeria.

Easyjet, Monach and BA fly from most uk airports to Almeria.

Airport pickups can be arranged at reasonable rates. We do however recommend that you rent a car. This will give you total freedom to explore the beautiful Almeria coast.

This is a stunning and spacious property that has been furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style. The property is split over two floors and is fully air conditioned. The ground floor features a large fully fitted granite-topped kitchen with all the modern conveniences including a microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher etc. There is also a separate utility and washing room. There is also a shower room / WC on the ground floor.

The main living room is a very large open plan lounge / dining room. The dining area seats six around a modern and elegant glass table with leather high-backed chairs.

The lounge consists of a stylish L – shaped sofa ideal for sitting back and watching the large LCD TV complete with English channels and a DVD player.

The ground floor also consists of a large master double bedroom with en suite. This room also has the luxury of patio doors that lead out on to the pool terrace.

The top floor consists of a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom which have access to a third bathroom. There are two separate terraces on this floor. Both have excellent views of the mountains and the sea and are furnished with table and chairs with the front terrace having a modern style hammock.

25% deposit is required on booking with the remainder payable within 8 weeks of arrival.

If booked within the 8 weeks of arrival full payment is required.

A refundable security bond of £150 is also required

Christmas, New year and Easter are all charged at the mid season rates
