About the home

The apartment is situated at the 'Titos' end of Mojacar Playa (Playa De Las Ventanicas). There is a long sandy beach with a promenade for relaxing evening strolls also popular with joggers. Between the beach and road there a number of popular 'Chiringuitos' or beach bars where you can drink and eat all day and in to the evening. (Tito's being one of them)

There is plenty of night life with a good mixture of bars and restaurants for all types. Less than 200m from the apartment are some of the best in Mojacar.

Beach, golf, restaurants, bars or just doing nothing............. something for everyone.

The apartment is extremely toddler friendly with child proof socket covers, a microwave steriliser and a good quality travel cot which fits nicely in the bedrooms.

Furnished throughout modern and tastefully. We have lived here for first 6 months so it is more of a home from home than a holiday let.

Terrace is a nice size with a awning which provides that much needed shade and turns the space in to a real 'outside room' so you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes in the evening.There is of course an outside table and 4 chairs with a much loved good quality Gas BBQ.

All windows and door have mosquito screens so you can lie at night listening to the ocean not worrying about being bitten!

Pool is directly behind apartment which is sheltered on all sides. Shade keeps the Pool cool in the morning so it is not so hot in the afternoon when the sun hits it. This is a perfect design believe me!!

Conditions

All deposits are 25% of total holiday cost, which is non refundable.

Your booking will not be confirmed until deposit received.

Balance will be due 6 weeks prior to holiday start date. Full details will be on the booking form.

Discounts available for long term lets over 3 weeks.

A deposit to cover damage will be required of £200 which will be refunded when keys have been returned and management have assured everything is OK. This is to ensure a quality experience for the following weeks' holiday makers!

The Costa de Almeria region

Mojacar is an ancient Moorish pueblo (village) perched on the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera Mountains, overlooking the Mediterranean coastline of the Costa de Almeria, known as “The Corner of Enchantment”.

Mojacar Pueblo is visible from many miles away, with distinctive whitewashed cube shaped houses stacked one upon another separated by twisting cobbled streets, winding steps and old arches, providing a surprise around every corner, with its various restaurants, bars and gifts and craft shops. The village has still retained much of its original character and has a colourful history stretching back before the Moors were evicted from Spain in the 15 th century. To this day the local people re-enact the Moors and Christians battles, in full costume, every June when there are fiestas and festivals held commemorating Mojacar's ancient past.

Mojacar Playa, a stretch of wide sandy beaches awarded the EEC blue flag for cleanliness, offers the typical features of a holiday resort, for both Spanish and foreign visitors. There are a vast range of restaurants and bars catering for every taste and local activities for those seeking adventure, such as water sports, horse riding, diving, quad bike treks, lawn bowls, tennis and golf. There are vast unspoilt areas for walking and mountain ranges for hill walkers or climbers.

“A Room with a View!” A very clean and well equipped apartment. Next time we go to Mojacar (this was our 6th time) we will be renting this one. Everything a family may need is there. (They even had our favourite films on DVD!!!) The view from the balcony and each room window is amazing. The only reason I didn't give full marks is the incline of the approaching road and the steps up to the apartment which may be too much for some but the owners do state that a car is advisable.
