Casa el Granjero (villa)

Home description

The villa is a large detached villa in a road containing only villas. It has its own pool and is 500 metres from the beach. There are three large double bedroom two with en-suite bath/shower rooms. Main bathroom newly fitted in May 2007.

One bedroom has twin beds. The large sitting room has a wood burning stove, TV , video stereo CD player and very comfortable seating.Two bedrooms and sitting room open out to swimming pool terrace.

The kitchen has recently been fitted and has granite work surfaces, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a utility area with washing machine and enclosed drying area.

The Costa de Almeria region

Mojacar has the most sunny days in the whole of Spain and the lowest rainfall.

Granada is about three hours drive away and the Cities of Murcia and Almeria are about one and a half hours drive.
Mini Hollywood is forty minutes drive and here you can visit the scene where many famous films were made including the 'Fistful of Dollars' sequences. There is also a zoo at this location.

Vera Waterpark is 15 minutes drive away.

During the summer there are many beech activities including sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing and other beech past times.

There are numerous restaurants some within walking distance including beech bars and a local night club on the beach.

How to get there

Fly to Almeria airport about 45 minutes drive.

Flights via Easy Jet and other low cost airlines. Also Monarch to Murcia (about 1hr 30 mins drive).

No dogs or other animals.
Breakages- all crockery can be replaced locally.

Gas bottles supplied for water heater but would ask that if it runs out you replace it (cost about 11E).
