The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and consists of a double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom and separate bathroom. The property can accommodate 5 with an additional single put-up bed. The kitchen is off the lounge/dining area and has all facilities and utensils for self-catering. The lounge has tv, dvd and satellite tv facilities.

You can access the lounge and twin bedroom from the sun terrace where there is a large table seating 6 and further 4 relaxer chairs and table with fabulous views of the sea.
The roof terrace is accessed by a small set of steps where you will find sun loungers, table and chairs as well as an outdoor shower and is completely private for sun-worshippers. Full 360 degree coastal and hill views.
There is an outdoor communal pool reached by steps or a lift. Parking is available at the rear of the apartment or you have access to secure garage spaces under the block.

Please note cleaning is payable to a local cleaner , €50 on depature.
We always accomodate arrival/departure times and if there is no changeover on your arrival/departure dates you can arrive at/stay in the apartment at your discretion. If there is a changeover we may have to ask you to leave at lunchtime to allow time for cleaning.
25% deposit required and refundable £100 security deposit required with final balance payment which is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Preferred payment by bank transfer in GBP or euros.

The Costa de Almeria region


This area is the hottest in Andalucia with an average of more than 3,100 hours of annual sunshine. Average winter temperatures generally do not drop below 17'c.
Costa Almeria is not as developed as other areas of Spain and still offers a taste of real Spanish culture. There is Moorish history to sample and fishing villages to visit.
Mojacar itself is a quaint coastal town and has all the amenities you would expect - bars, restaurants, beach activities, shops and supermarkets. The playa stretches for 7km and parts of the beach have the famous 'blue flag' status.

Climate:
Mojacar has a perfect all-year-round climate with the best record in the whole of Spain for warm, dry weather. Temperatures average 12°C in the winter and an average of 25°C in the summer.
For Children:
Go-karting at Garrucha (10 mins drive). Waterpark at Vera (15 mins drive)
Golf:
Several excellent golf courses all within a short drive. During busier periods it is often wise to pre book tee times. 2 of the best: Valle del Este Golf Resort, just off the motorway near Vera; and Desert Springs Golf Resort. Other local courses:

Please take note that most courses now require players to produce a handicap certificate prior to playing so it is advisable to obtain one prior to travelling. Soft spikes are mandatory on all courses.

By road:
Motorway access is 15 minutes from Mojacar. Take the E15 motorway turnoff for Los Gallardos at km 525 - full directions will be provided on confirmation of booking
Car hire:

By taxi from Almeria airport will cost approx. €80 for 4 people

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and modern with everything you need and it got even better when we went out on to the terrace. Large with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The roof solarium had 360 degree of wonderful views and ideal for sunbathing. The location was fantastic, near to the Commercial Centre and to the bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend this apartment and cant wait to stay there again. Thanks Alison |
