Mojacar / Mojacar Village area
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
How to get there
Almeria airport is only 45mins drive away. Majority of cheap airline fly in and out of Almeria. Easyjet, Monach and BA fly from most uk airports to Almeria.
Airport pickups can be arranged at reasonable rates. We do however recommend that you rent a car. This will give you total freedom to explore the beautiful Almeria coast.

Further details indoors: The apartment has a light and spacious living room with wonderful sea and mountain views. It is well-furnished with two sofas, English TV including a selection of SKY channels, a DVD player and a music system - plenty to keep you entertained if the hot Spanish sun gets too much! There is also a dining area with a pine table and chairs set.
Sliding doors lead you from the lounge onto a beautiful large terrace, complete with table and chairs and sun loungers. This is an amazing spot to bask in the sunshine, enjoy an al fresco meal and take in the breath-taking views as you relax and unwind.
The large double bedroom has modern chunky pine furnishings and yet more lovely views from the window. The luxurious marble bathroom has a bath/shower.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc.
You will find everything you need in Mojacar village to have a great holiday without having to hire a car. The sandy beaches of Mojacar Playa are only a quick 3 minute drive or bus ride away.
Further details outdoors: The interior of the Victoria building has been beautifully finished. With marble floors, spiral stairways and a choice of lifts, it has a feel of 5 star-apartment living. There is good sized gym with sauna and jacuzzi which is free for the tenants to use. On the top of the building you will find a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers and changing facilities. This is the perfect place to bask by the pool and take in the magnificent sea and mountain views.
