This apartment is part of a new developement of well-proportioned units.
The brand new apartment is well presented with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is on the ground floor and has a large double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. The kitchen contains modern and new appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.
We also have a 32" TV and SKY TV installed. There is a 3 seater sofa and a large dining table in the lounge. There is central heating and air conditioning making it perfect all year round and a rear patio with swimming pool (communal) which is well managed and kept clean.

The Costa de Almeria region
The Costa Almeria is as varied as any of the Spanish Coasts. The coast is completely unspoilt. To the east of Almeria we find the rugged and desolate coast of the Cabo de Gata - Nijar natural park. This is an arid desert landscape and the annual rainfall here is less than 200mm. It is sparsely populated, few villages and a very low population density. Visitors feel a sense of exploration here as many of the coves can only be reached on foot. This area is particularly popular with nature lovers and back-packers. The most popular coastal village is San José.
West of Almeria is the highly developed tourist resorts of Roquetas de Mar and Aguadulce. These have all the facilities of any modern resort to support the package holiday market.
At the north of the Costa de Almeria is the naturist beaches of Vera, a number of new complexes are being constructed here. A little further south is Mojacar which successfully combines the popular beach holiday with the hillside white village that tourist love to explore.
Almeria city is worth a visit with the Alcazaba castle overlooking the metropolis.
To the west we find the developing complex of Almerimar with Marinas, golf, hotels and many other facilities.
The old fishing port town of Adra lies further west. In spite of the interesting castle and assorted archeological remains, it is often missed by tourists travelling along the coastal motorway to or from the Costa Tropical.
Mojacar / Los Gallardos area
The apartment in Huerta Nueva is located in a rural setting setting in the region of Los Gallardos, with motorway links close by, connecting you to Almeria and Murcia.
The nearby town of Mojacar, with its ancient whitewashed village and fabulous beaches, is one of the most popular destinations in Almeria, while the amazing beaches of Vera and the seaside town of Garrucha are within easy reach, as are the several nearby golf courses.
Huerta Nueva would ideally suit those looking for the perfect peaceful retreat in the sun, yet with a host of on-site facilities including shops, bars, cafes, sports facilities, plus health, social and admin services.

Los Gallardos is a small traditional Spanish town that provides all main facilities. There is a doctors, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, all within walking (about 10 minutes) distance of the development. Los Gallardos also have a weekly market in the main square.
How to get there
Almeria Airport is 80km from the property: cheap and regular flights can be found at www.easyjet.com flying from from London Stanstead or Gatwick. There are competitive car rental deals available at the airport, or alternatively you can get a taxi for a low rate.
