This property is situated just 100 metres from the beach and palm-tree lined, sea-front promenade which, with its great variety of bars and restaurants, makes for an ideal choice for an evening stroll.
There is a private terrace which can be accessed directly from the lounge/dining room, or from the main bedroom and is equipped with table, chairs and loungers - an ideal spot for reading and relaxing.
The lounge has two comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, plus TV with DVD player so you can bring your favourites to watch - or recordings of missed programmes to catch up on . The kitchen area is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. to be able to enjoy home catering and dining al fresco on the terrace, or enjoy pre-dinner drink. No worry about driving home because there are lots of eateries within easy walking distance.
There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two singles in each of the other bedroom, two of the bedrooms having fitted wardrobes, and the other having a walk-in wardrobe.

The Costa de Almeria region
The Almeria coastal region has fantastic weather allowing you to enjoy a break at any time of the year. The Almería climate is almost desert like leading to some dry, barren landscape in places, but with the compensation that you are virtually guaranteed wall to wall sunshine! Driving through the province you can see, even just out of the car window, a whole range of different coloured rock formations, tumbled down silver mining works, dramatic mountain and coastal scenery. The Almería coastline is made up of miles and miles of beaches - plus sheltered coves where you can soak up the sun in private.
Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
There are numerous pursuits in Mojacar and the surrounding areas making it an ideal holiday location - year round sporting activities like scuba diving, golf, tennis, lawn bowling; seasonal activities such as water sports and the water park; sightseeing and exploring by cycling, walking or driving - and always the possibility of just strolling along the promenade and relaxing in the sunshine.
How to get there
By air: to Almeria airport (LEI) - approx 50 mins by car to Alicante airport (ALC) - approx 150 mins by car to Murcia airport (MJV) - approx 120 mins by car
Many low cost airlines fly into these airports from, such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2, etc. and British Airways flys into Alicante from London Gatwick (LGW)
By road: take the E15 motorway turnoff for Los Gallardos at km 525 - full directions will be provided on confirmation of booking
By coach: to Mojacar from Madrid, Barcelona, Murcia, Granada, Almeria, etc.
Car hire: can be arranged on-line for collection at the airport - or can be arranged with a local company for airport collection.
Possibility of arranging "over 70" rentals with local company whose insurance covers this type of rental agreement - for local collection or airport collection.
