The Costa de Almeria region

Mojacar is a town located on the southern border of Spain. 152m above sea level, it overlooks 5km of white sandy beaches and the clear, blue waters of the Mediterranean. Mojacar is Spain unspoilt. With an extended summer season it offers blue skies with the yearly average temperature 23°C and the summer temperature very often reaching the mid-high thirties. In August the water rises to 24°C which makes for fantastic swimming and sunbathing, and for the more energetic, watersports.
