The Costa de Almeria region
The region of Almeria is charming and unspoilt. This area boats one of the sunniest and warmets climates in Europe! It is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’ by the locals. Relaxation and finding a corner of unspoilt Spain; this is indeed the real Spain!
This part of Spain is what you are looking for - from a famous holiday resorts like Roquetas de Mar to unspoiled natural areas, where mankind has barely left its mark. You can visit little villages and taste the local culture and cuisine or explore the Almeria city with its beautiful Alcazaba castle.
Mojacar / Turre area
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.

Almeria airport is only 45mins drive away.
Majority of cheap airline fly in and out of Almeria.
Easyjet, Monach and BA fly from most uk airports to Almeria.
Airport pickups can be arranged at reasonable rates.
We do however recommend that you rent a car. This will give you total freedom to explore the beautiful Almeria coast.

Further details indoors: The villa is approached through a secured gateway which leads you in to the grounds of the pretty community with the twelve villas circling the impressive communal pools.
The accommodation of the villa is set over two floors. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge–diner. The lounge is equipped with air-conditioning, DVD player, ipod speakers and English TV channels. Double patio doors lead out on to the impressive large rear garden. The garden has been planted with tropical plants and is very private. There are plenty of sun-loungers and a relaxing hammock. There is also outside dining furniture catering for up to eight people.
Also leading from the lounge–diner is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven & ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle etc..
On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms. One bedroom is a twin and the other room has a three quarter bed, ideal for two children or suitable for one adult. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and share the downstairs bathroom which is modern and stylish with a bath and shower.
The upper floor consists of two further bedrooms. One bedroom is a twin which is en-suite and also has a ceiling fan.
The master bedroom is a very spacious and bright room which also has the benefit of being en-suite. This bedroom is also air-conditioned. Double patio doors lead out on to a large private balcony with seating and spectacular views down the 18th fairway.
Further details outdoors: The communal pool is a free-formed shape which is spacious and very attractive. There is also a separate children’s pool. Both pools are surrounded by lawned and paved areas with beautiful trees and plants dotted around giving shade and beauty.
