The property is entered on the upper level. The lounge is bright and airy with the main feature being large patio doors which showcase the fantastic seaviews over the Mojacar coastline. The lounge is beautifully furnished with two sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and air conditioning. It also has a fireplace with a working log burner.
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a large sunny terrace, complete with a wrought iron table and chairs set – the perfect spot for enjoying a coffee and admiring the views!
This property boasts a stylish high-quality new kitchen and utility area, complete with granite surfaces, oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc.
The kitchen leads to the dining area with seating for 6. The dining area has been positioned to take full advantage of the views offered from the arched windows. There is also an attractive log burning stove in the dining area and it is air-conditioned . A door from the dining area gives additional access to the lounge terrace.
There is also a WC on this level. A staircase leads from the lounge to the lower level of the villa.
The lower level consists of a spacious master bedroom with en suite, a family bathroom and two further bedrooms.
The master bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en suite shower room. Doors lead from the master bedroom straight out onto the large lower terrace with access into the pool area.
The second bedroom is a double with a ceiling fan and French doors leading onto the terrace. The third bedroom is a twin room with a ceiling fan.

A staircase from the upper terrace leads down to the very large lower terrace and pool area. It has four sun loungers, a barbecue and fantastic views for you to relax and enjoy. The attractive pool is perfect for chilling out and relaxing in. (not ideal for people wanting to swim and do lengths)
The location of this villa in La Parata is perfect for those wanting spectacular views in a luxurious, peaceful area, with the convenience of Mojacar seafront only a 4 minute drive away.

The Costa de Almeria region
The region of Almeria is charming and unspoilt. This area boats one of the sunniest and warmets climates in Europe! It is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’ by the locals. Relaxation and finding a corner of unspoilt Spain; this is indeed the real Spain!
This part of Spain is what you are looking for - from a famous holiday resorts like Roquetas de Mar to unspoiled natural areas, where mankind has barely left its mark. You can visit little villages and taste the local culture and cuisine or explore the Almeria city with its beautiful Alcazaba castle.
The Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful
restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.
