Home description
This is my home from home, so it has been decorated with care and attention to detail offering all the luxuries of home from hairdryer to dishwasher to wide screen TV. and DVD player. Fully air conditioned/heating throughout. One bathroom has a walk in shower while the second has full length bath and shower. This apartment is situated up a small hill with access to it by lift (if you are too lazy to walk) in the main block next door. It is an ideal location for people who demand all facilities to hand, yet is in a very quiet location away from the beach front road. Backing onto the surrounding hills it commands views as far as the eye can see , allowing the residents to enjoy sun rises and moon rises over the Mediterannean.
Allocated parking place in the underground car park one flight of stairs below means trouble free parking and a cool car too !
The large terraces have dining for 6 on one and 4 on the other, both with ample shade under large umbrellas, and allows you all day sunbathing, with a pool to cool off less than 10 meters from the door. This is a NO SMOKING property , all I ask is you enjoy your holiday with the thought in mind that others will follow you and would like the property to look as it did when you arrived.

The Costa de Almeria region
This area boasts one of the sunniest parts of Spain with 17 kilometres of shoreline, offering quiet coves, to the more popular beaches offering varied water sports facilities, and beach bars and restaurants.
The climate, combined with the quality and variation of the golf courses available make this a popular golfers destination.
Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
The village of Mojacar "The Pueblo" is built into the mountainside and well worth the visit with unparalled views over the countryside and out to sea. The village offers many craft shops , and a varied selection of restaurants.
There is a shopping centre "Parque Commercial" within walking distance of the apartment where cafes and designer shops along with amenities like doctors and dentists can be found and all just opposite the beach.
How to get there
Cheap flights are available from many British airports. The drive from Almeria airport to Mojacar is 40 minutes and car hire is advised with very reasonable rates from local company "Centauro " car hire, available on line. While all destinations are reachable on foot or by bus or taxi, if looking at the surrounding areas you will see that there is much to see and do if you have a car at your disposal. In Mojacar you have a contact who is there to help with any enquiries should you have any, and is contactable by phone or you can drop by his bar "BAR MED" which is very close to the apartment, and right on the waters edge, so sit and enjoy a drink while you chat !

Further details outdoors: This is a small block, apart from the main complex so while being in a superior and quieter location to others you have the facilities on offer of a larger complex without being surrounded by those staying there. The terraces have some beautiful plants growing on them and hope you will enjoy them, and to ensure they continue looking beautiful I ask that they be watered by whoever stays, not too much to ask I hope. Access road leads straight into the secure underground car park, the apartment is on the floor above with interior and exterior stairs leading to the front door. All resident neighbours are all really nice people and happy to help and all like a chat, but observe your privacy!
You are welcome to smoke on the terraces and ashtrays are provided, but definitely NOT within the property, if it is evident that smoking inside has taken place then the deposit for damages will not be returned, as this will be used as payment to deodorise the apartment for the next holidaymakers!
Further details
This property is suitable for the elderly that can manage a flight of stairs, but does not allow access with wheelchairs.
Conditions
All deposits are 25% of total holiday cost, which is non refundable. A deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking to cover breakages and smoking terms mentioned above. This is refundable two weeks after the return date after the managing staff have checked all is well.
