Home description
Casa Bianca, a spacious 3 bedroom luxury apartment with stunning views of the sea and mountains is ideal for golfers and/or families. It is in prime location between a golf course and the Mediterranean Sea in Mojacar, an ancient town that is one of Spain’s best kept secrets.
The apartment offers maximum tranquility, yet only a walking distance from holiday amenities and activities. You could breakfast on the apartment’s large front terrace, only 30 meters from the 18th Tee of the golf course with views of the course and mountains beyond.
After breakfast, play golf or walk 150 meters to the beach with the family or friends for a dip, water sports or just stretch out and do nothing in the sun. From there, stroll to lunch at one of the many waterfront restaurants and then back to the beach or to the apartment swimming pool for the afternoon.
Return to the apartment for an evening BBQ on your large private roof terrace garden with panoramic views of the golf course, mountains, sea and the fishing port of Garrucha. Alternatively, walk or drive out for a variety of night life on the extensive coastline or in the historic mountain town of Mojacar.
There are many more sites to see, amenities, attractions and activities besides. ……….Enjoy!!!

The Costa de Almeria region
Andalucia "Almost every brilliant thread which makes the tapestry of Spain so distinctive originates in just one province - Andalucía, birthplace of flamenco and Picasso. Andalucía is a land of orange blossoms, snow-white pueblos, ruined castles, beaches and some of Europe's most spectacular landscapes."
It is here that the most passionate fiestas and pilgrimages originate, and under the burning Andalucían sun lie the magnificent remains of the civilisation of Moorish 'Al Andaluz'. One of Andalucía's main distinctions is its astonishing diversity of landscapes. Mediterranean coastline is set against the imposing mountain backdrop of the Sierras. The snow-capped peaks of the majestic Sierra Nevada are only an hour's drive or so from the coast and beyond lie vast open plains, where the terrain serves as a reminder of the proximity of the African continent. Throughout the province, the landscape is punctuated with picture-book white villages, graceful Renaissance towns, and some of the most mesmerising cities in Spain. Seville pulsates with romance, imbued with the images of Figaro, Don Juan and Carmen. The glimpse of tinkling fountains and greenery in secret patios make Seville as mysterious as she is scintillating. Córdoba, the most hauntingly Moorish town in Andalucía, is centred on the serene Mezquita. In Granada, the celebrated Alhambra is a masterpiece of interior design.
Almeria In the far Southeastern corner of the Iberian peninsula is this sun-baked province, with the highest hours of sunshine and lowest rainfall in Europe. Given Almeria´s climate, it´s no surprise that much of the province is comprised of semi-arid desert-like landscape. Due to the dry weather, much of this area is a sparsely populated wilderness. Almeria´s skies are also the clearest in Europe, which is why Europe´s most powerful telescope has been installed here, near Gergal.
Mojacar / Marina De La Torre area
Mojacar This spectacular Moorish fortress town stands on a towering crag overlooking a shore graced by pristine beaches and the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean, which has a curious distinction all of its own. Fortunately, the village has still retained much of its original character, with its Moorish fortress called El Torreón and the Arch of Luciana, as well as the honeycomb of whitewashed, winding streets, each of which seems to lead the traveller to a lookout over the sparkling Mediterranean. This is one of the few corners of the Spanish coastline where the natives still live and come from Madrid, Barcelona, etc., to holiday.
