The apartment is situated on an attractive and quiet beachside complex with a large communal swimming pool and separate children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a well kept garden and lawned area.
This penthouse apartment is located on the 2nd floor which can be accessed either via steps or by a lift. The apartment consists of a large open plan lounge / dining area. The lounge is very spacious with a large “L” shaped sofa looking out on to the terrace and out to sea. The lounge is equipped with satellite television, 32” plasma TVand a DVD player. A quadruple set of patio doors take you from the lounge out on to the private and spacious sea facing terrace. It’s an ideal spot for al fresco dining and for soaking up the rays!
The dining area is again light and spacious with a large table for 6.
The separate kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven and hob, fridge freezer etc.
The sleeping accommodation consists of a large double master bedroom which enjoys the luxury of an en suite bathroom. There is also a patio door with a small balcony and a lovely view of the old village of Mojacar. The second and third bedrooms are spacious twin rooms.

The Costa de Almeria region
The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain!
Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.
How to get there
Almeria airport is only 45mins drive away. Majority of cheap airline fly in and out of Almeria. Easyjet, Monach and BA fly from most uk airports to Almeria.
Airport pickups can be arranged at reasonable rates. We do however recommend that you rent a car. This will give you total freedom to explore the beautiful Almeria coast.
