This accommodation consists of the ground floor apartment in a private villa with its' own car parking area and separate entrance plus swimming pool. The top floor apartment is occupied part time by the owner but is a separate entity. The ground floor apartment has direct access and exclusive use of the private swimming pool and gardens.

It is situated approx 10 mins walk down to the beach (950m). There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and activities such as scuba diving, golf, lawn bowling, etc. within a short drive

The entrance to this separate self-contained unit is from the pool terrace into the kitchen, which is equipped with hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, etc.

The main bedroom, furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and shelving unit, can be accessed through the lounge or through the patio doors from the terrace. The lounge has an air conditioning/ heating unit, satellite TV, round table and 4 chairs, 2 single beds plus a sofa-bed, allowing it to be used as an additional bedroom if required. Both lounge and bedroom have fly screens at the patio doors.

The bathroom is located between these rooms and has a row of fitted wardrobes opposite. Next to the kitchen there is a further room which can be an additional single bedroom.

The pool terrace can be accessed from both the main bedroom and the kitchen. The swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and gardens. For those wishing to soak up the sun this property offers a choice of sunny areas around the pool, plus shaded areas in which to cool off.

There are many activities within a short drive for those who wish to keep busy, but they can then return for a relaxing swim in the pool, an aperitif admiring the view from their own private terrace, followed by dining al fresco.

The Costa de Almeria region

The Almería climate is almost desert like leading to some dry, barren landscape in places, but with the compensation that you are virtually guaranteed wall to wall sunshine! Driving through the province you can see, even just out of the car window, a whole range of different coloured rock formations, tumbled down silver mining works, dramatic mountain and coastal scenery. The Almería coastline is made up of miles and miles of beaches - plus sheltered coves where you can soak up the sun in private.

Mojacar

Mojácar beach area is an ideal destination for those looking for somewhere not too commercialized but with all mod cons. Whilst the Moorish hilltop village of Mojácar retains its old world charm with narrow cobbled streets.

Not to be missed is a visit to the mirador where you have a panoramic view for miles around, or a visit to the old "fuente" where earlier inhabitants of Mojácar village went to collect the natural spring water as it used to gush out - and still does today. Take a bottle with you and fill it up with the freshest of spring water.

The run-off from the spring fills up the troughs where the original "Mojaqueros" used to go to do their washing and through a series to channels to water the orchards below Mojacar.
