It is a short walk to the beach and promenade, approx 300m, and easy strolling distance from many bars and restaurants. There is a swimming pool on site.
There is a table and 4 chairs on the terrace for al fresco dining, plus 2 sun loungers for soaking up the sun.

Mojacar benefits from a micro-climate with almost year round sunshine plus hot, dry summers and warm, dry winters, making it an ideal destination for a winter escape - of a couple of weeks, or a couple of months!
The Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
There are plenty of nearby pavement cafés where you can enjoy coffee and tapas, outside in the sunshine, throughout the year - or dine overlooking the seafront and promenade.
Golfers have only a short 10minute drive to the nearest golf course, with another 3 courses less than 30 minutes away.
