About the home

An ideal apartment for a golfing holiday being right next door to the Marina de la Torre golf course in Mojacar, and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - also suitable for family holidays with two on-site swimming pools (one specifically for toddlers) and the beach just a short walk away.

The apartment has an allocated parking space in the underground garage, the entrance to which is controlled by a remote unit for vehicle access and pedestrian access is within the gated community, close to the apartment entrance.

The apartment kitchen is equipped for home dining with crockery, cutlery, glasses, microwave, hob, tabletop cooker/grill, fridge/freezer, plus a dishwasher to clean up afterwards. There is also a washing machine plus a clothes airer.

English satellite TV in the lounge.

There is hot and cold air conditioning installed throughout the apartment making it an ideal choice for both summer lets when its good sometimes to be able to escape from the heat, and winter lets where there are occasions in the evening when a little heating is required.

The Costa de Almeria region

The province of Almeria is fortunate to have some of the driest weather in Spain, that coupled with almost year round sunshine makes it an ideal holiday destination for everyone.

This is an ideal location for anyone looking for some winter sun, summer holiday, or out of season break. There are plenty of sights nearby for those wanting to go exploring, including Mini Hollywood where they made the spaghetti westerns, the Cabo de Gata bird sanctuary - even the splendid Alhambra Palace in Granada is only two and a half hours drive away.

The Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area

Being within walking distance of the Marina de la Torre golf course makes this an excellent location for a golfing holiday, and with more golf courses less than an hours drive away, you can try your hand at them all.

There are plenty of other sporting activities available in the area such as scuba diving, tenis and lawn bowling.

For those looking for a bargain there is a weekly street market in the nearby fishing port of Garrucha, plus in other nearby towns, where you can also buy plenty of local, just picked, fruit and vegetables to enhance your holiday al fresco dining experience.

to Murcia airport (MJV) - approx 120 mins by car
