Home description

Holiday home in a small development with swimming pool, close to the beach and amenities making a car an option not a necessity. Two storey home with air conditioning, private terraces, bar-b-que, 3 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms. For the less mobile, there is a bedroom and bathroom (with large walk-in shower) downstairs.

The lounge/dining room is equipped with 2 sofas, armchair, occasional tables, dining suite with table, 6 chairs and wall unit. There is a TV with some English satellite stations (BBC, ITV, Sky News, etc.) and DVD player. The room is fitted with an individually controlled air conditioning unit which can be set for either cooling or heating.

Access to the garden and main terrace, with barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers, is from the lounge.

The main bedroom has a new king size bed, plenty of fitted wardrobe space, a full en-suite bathroom including a vanity unit with his and her hand basins, individually controlled air conditioning unit for either cooling or heating, plus a private terrace accessed only from this bedroom.

The other bedroom upstairs also has an en-suite bathroom with bath, basin, toilet plus large illuminated wall mirror, 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and chest of drawers, plus access to another private terrace. Downstairs the bedroom has fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, 2 single beds and opens out onto a private enclosed patio.

The Costa de Almeria region

Almeria has a wealth of untouched coastline to explore including many out of the way coves which, with its almost unbeatable record for sunshine, helps to make your visit to the region a delight.

There are many sporting activities within the Mojacar areas such as scuba diving, horse riding, golf, etc. but it is equally enjoyed by those who want nothing more energentic than to stroll along the delightful promenade, stopping to try out one of the many local restaurants or bars for a meal, a snack., or just a drink, whilst admiring the view.

Many of the local villages such as Mojacar, Garrucha, Carboneras, and Vera, have a street market once a week where you can pick up some bargains in leather, locally made ceramics, plus the usual market ware such as clothes and shoes.

How to get there

Flights to Almeria, Alicante or Murcia airports can be found with a variety of low-cost airlines from a number of different UK sirports such as Stansted, Gatwick, Manchester, Newcastle, Bournemouth, Bristol etc. also British Airways flights available to Alicante, and Monarch to Almeria from Luton, Birmingham and Manchester or additionally Gatwick when flying to Alicante..

Car hire is readily available from any of these airports - carjet.com can sometimes offer the best deal as it block books from other companies.

Directions will be given to a central meeting point on confirmation of your reservation.
No need to worry about driving around the resort trying to find the location of your rental property after a long journey - clients will be met and taken there personally.

Collection can also be arranged from the coach stop in Mojacar if arriving from Madrid, Granada, Barcelona, etc.

There is a shared swimming pool, with gated entrance, which has plenty of terrace area for you to enjoy - maybe alternating between soaking up the sun, and cooling off with a dip in the pool! The sunloungers can be used round the pool.

Entrance to the development is directly from the beach road, and there is a barrier fitted to exclude outside vehicles entering. The car parking area has a specified space for each property plus a number of extras for use when there are 2 cars being used at a single property.
