On 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms - two of which have private terraces, a large kitchen, and spacious lounge/dining room. The lounge has patio doors opening out onto the private terrace which give direct access to the mature gardens surrounding the shared swimming pool. Plus, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
A full bathroom is located on the upper floor with the bedrooms and a cloakroom on the lower floor. Tropical ceiling fans are fitted in all the bedrooms and the lounge/dining room.
The beach and nearest restaurant are just 200 m from the property, and the the Parque Comercial shopping centre with supermarket and a wide variety of restaurants are just 900m along the beach - with other restaurants/bars in between. Road parking.
There is a local bus serving the whole beach area and on up to the old Moorish village of Mojacar, plus the nearby towns of Garrucha, Vera and Carboneras. You can also take the local bus to the waterpark (seasonal).

The spacious lounge/dining room gives access to a private terrace with patio furniture - table plus 6 chairs. There is a shared swimming pool surrounded by mature gardens. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, mircowave, washing machine, gas water heater plus pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
There is a full bathroom upstairs plus cloakroom with toilet and basin, downstairs.
Located only 200m walk to beach, buses, restaurants, etc. a car is not required, but there is road parking in front of the house if you choose to rent one.
There are two homes available in the same development if you require more space to accommodate your friends/family.

The province of Almeria has some of the best weather in Spain with midday winter temperatures still normally high enough to sit out and enjoy the sunshine in shirt sleeves - or less!
There are restaurants, bars, buses, etc. within walking distance of this house making car hire an option, not a necessity.
The Mojacar area
Mojacar has almost year round sunshine with approx 320 days a year! - making it an ideal destination for a winter break, summer holiday, or anything in between.
Mojacar golf course is 5 minutes by car and can be reached by public transport.
Local buses can take you to the old Moorish village of Mojacar with its narrow winding streets on top of the hill, the fishing village of Carboneras with dramatic coastal scenery en route, the street market on Friday mornings in Garrucha, or the water park in Vera (open seasonally).

to Mojacar from Madrid, Barcelona, Murcia, Granada, Almeria, etc.
Car hire:
can be arranged on-line for collection at the airport - or can be arranged with a local company for airport collection.
Possibility of arranging rentals for "over 70s" with local company whose insurance covers this type of rental agreement - for local collection or airport collection.
