The views from the main terrace leading from the lounge are stunning, sit and enjoy all your meals al fresco, a BBQ and outdoor paella cooker are at your disposal, 2 seating areas either in the shade from the summer sun or out in the open to enjoy a fresh breeze whilst enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine.
The kitchen also leads onto the terrace for added convenience, an outdoor TV with UK and Spanish channels also provided.

The Costa de Almeria region
The Costa de Almeria boasts the warmest and driest year round climate in Europe and is relatively unspoilt in comparison with the larger "Costas". There are many places to explore; for the families a trip to "Mini Hollywood" is a must, experience the wild west on the sets where many spaghetti westerns were filmed. Explore the Cabo de Gata natural park with an array of flora and fauna. Almeria city is home to a large shopping mall with an excellent range of boutiques and shops.
Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
Mojacar is a small beach resort offering a wide range of facilities including; beach sports, horse riding, 5 excellent golf courses in the area, bars and restaurants serving international cuisine. The old village "Mojacar Pueblo" perched on the hillside overlooking the coast, is a typical Andalucian, moorish village with whitewashed houses, winding cobbled streets and fabulous views well worth a visit.
Mojacar also boasts a small shopping centre with fashion boutiques, beauty salons, gift shops cafes and bars.
There are 3 golf courses within 15 minutes drive of the area – by far the most challenging courses are the championship courses of Desert Springs, near Palomares and Valle Del Este, near Vera. Both shall provide a challenge to low and medium term handicappers, and both have a second course in the planning stage. The other course is at Marina de la Torre, this is on Mojacar Playa and has great sea views. Another excellent course is due to open in 2008 on the Playa Macenas Beach & Golf resort just 5 minutes south of Mojacar Playa, which shall provide a beautiful golfing experience with stunning sea and mountain views. It is easy to see why this area of Spain is fast becoming a challenge to the more traditional golf destination on the Costa’s”.
Further afield, just under 2 hours away is the historical city of Granada with the famous Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens.

Almeria airport is just under an hours drive and is served my most main UK airports by First Choice, Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair .
Murcia Airport in an hour and a half drive and again is served by many regional and main UK airports: Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair, Jet2 etc.

Further details indoors: We are proud to offer this beautifully presented 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa which is situated just above Mojacar Playa . The villa has been tastefully furnished by its owners giving it a real "home from home" appeal. The large comfortable lounge has doors opening onto the spacious upper terrace, log burner (for winter rentals) full Sky TV package including sports, video, DVD and CD player. For formal dining the villa offers a intimate dining area again with door to terrace. The spacious kitchen has recently been re fitted and is fully equipped with all mod cons including built in oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, a door leads to the utility area housing the washing machine, and a further door leads to the covered section of terrace ideal for al fresco dining at the 6 seater table and large open terrace with all day sun. Outdoor TV provided. Also on this floor is a convenient cloakroom / WC. On the lower level are 3 good sized bedrooms, one with en suite shower room plus full sized family bathroom, 2 of the bedrooms have doors opening onto the pool terrace and have sea views. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. 1 bedroom has beds which can be converted from SuperKing size to twins for added flexibility. Outside the property on the upper floor is a large south east facing terrace with stunning sea and mountain views, a section of the terrace is enclosed, ideal for breakfast or lunch in the shade or evening drinks on warm summer evenings. A large gas BBQ is provided, or try your culinary skills on our outdoor paella cooker. The downstairs terrace wraps around the side of the property with pretty shrubs and is home to the attractive free form swimming pool. There are 2 bars/restaurants a short walk from the villa and a few minutes drive brings you to the heart of Mojacar Playa with its numerous bars, shops and eateries plus the golden sandy beaches! This villa is highly recommended and offers excellent facilities to make your holiday a wonderful experience, whether you prefer quiet days by the pool or enjoying the nightlife and beaches of Mojacar.
Further details outdoors: There are 2 large terraces, the upper terrace has a partly shaded area ideal for al fresco lunch, or breakfast, with a choice of 2 seating areas, one for 4 persons and the other seating 8 in the shaded area. A gas bbq is provided, plus a "paella" cooker and outdoor TV. The lower terrace surrounds the private pool and is a real sun trap this has attractive shrubs, parasol and sun loungers. Both terraces have sea and mountain views and are not overlooked. This property also offers the guests free membership to the local pool and restaurant complex nearby with tennis courts.
