Home description
This modern apartment has been tastefully furnished giving it a real "home from home" feel. The lounge and master bedroom open onto a large terrace offering stunning coastal views, an ideal place for "al fresco" dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms (1 en suite) are spacious with beautiful marble tiling throughout.
The bedrooms have air conditioning which also provides warm air heating for the winter months.
The large furnished terrace runs the length of the apartment and enjoys wonderful sea views an excellent place to dine or enjoy a glass of wine listening to the waves crashing onto the sand.
Although the apartment is on the 2nd floor to make the most of the views, the private parking spot and communal pool are on this same level, making this particularly suitable for children, elderly and infirm.
The communal pool is large with "spill over" effect, surrounded by lawned area and sunshades, with views of the coast.

The Costa de Almeria region
The Costa de Almeria boasts the warmest and dryest year round climate in Europe and is relatively unspoilt in comparison with the larger "Costas". There are many places to explore; for the families a trip to "Mini Hollywood" is a must, experience the wild west on the sets where many spaghetti westerns were filmed. Explore the Cabo de Gata natural park with an array of flora and fauna. Almeria city is home to a large shopping mall with an excellent range of boutiques and shops.
Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
Mojacar is a small beach resort offering a wide range of facilities including; beach sports, horse riding, 5 excellent golf courses in the area, bars and restaurants serving international cuisine. The old village "Mojacar Pueblo" perched on the hillside overlooking the coast, is a typical Andalucian, moorish village with whitewashed houses, winding cobbled streets and fabulous views well worth a visit.
Mojacar also boasts a small shopping centre with fashion boutiques, beauty salons, gift shops cafes and bars.
There are 3 golf courses within 15 minutes drive of the area – by far the most challenging courses are the championship courses of Desert Springs, near Palomares and Valle Del Este, near Vera. Both shall provide a challenge to low and medium term handicappers, and both have a second course in the planning stage. The other course is at Marina de la Torre, this is on Mojacar Playa and has great sea views. Another excellent course is due to open in 2008 on the Playa Macenas Beach & Golf resort just 5 minutes south of Mojacar Playa, which shall provide a beautiful golfing experience with stunning sea and mountain views. It is easy to see why this area of Spain is fast becoming a challenge to the more traditional golf destination on the Costa’s”.
Further afield, just under 2 hours away is the historical city of Granada with the famous Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens.
How to get there
Vistamar is easily accessible from Almeria Airport just 55 minutes drive away.
Murcia Airport is now more accessible with the opening of the new link road reducing the journey to just 1.30 minutes.
Both Airports are served by most charter and budget airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2, Thomsonfly, Monarch, First Choice and many others.
