Vera Coast apartments are surrounded by beautiful walkways and gardens. This makes the area very safe for children so this is a peaceful location with no through traffic. The apartment has two balconies they get morning and afternoon sun.The small spanish fishing village of Garrucha is a 10 minute walk along the promenade it has some excellent fish restaurants .This area has beautiful views of the bay and surrounding beaches. Vera Coast apartment is excellent for a winter let as the temperatures are an average of 20 degrees in the day .

The Costa de Almeria region
The Costa de Almeria is located in the South East of Spain,tucked away between the Costa Blanca and the Costa Del Sol.The area has yet to be discovered by the tourist industry and is consequently still rural and typically Andalusian
The climate is said to be one of the best in the world with 300 days sunshine every year with temperatures averaging 38 degrees in july and august.The winter months average 20 degrees
Mojacar / Vera Coast area
Almeria is an area steeped in Andalusian tradition with the historic villages of Mojacar,Turre and Garrucha all within easy reach of Vera Apartments.
There are many areas to visit including Cabo de Gato national park ,mini Hollywood where Cint Eastwood spaghetti westerns were made also Laurence of Arabia was filmed here and various Spanish festivals are held here during the year such as the moors and christians fiesta which is held in Mojacar in June.
Almeria city is worth a visit with the Alcazaba castle overlooking the metropolis. There are plenty of golf courses in the area and diving in nearby Villaricos witch has a lovely port. Vera Coast apartments are situated along the peaceful Vera beachfront,there are lots of amenities to be found in Garrucha,restaurants, bars, open air market every Friday and plenty of traditional Spanish shops. The new promenade leads from the apartment into the fishing village of Garrucha watch the local fishermen arrive daily with their catch and relax in one of the fresh fish restaurants along the Marina.
Mojacar village is a 500 year old mountain village set in the surrounding mountains and is only five minutes away by car,there are lots of local Spanish shops and taste the local cuisine and fine wines in the bars and restaurants the main square has panoramic views of the mountain ranges and Mojacar beach.
How to get there
Nearest airport is Almeria 45 minute drive to Vera Coast or Murcia and Alicante are a 2 hour drive. Monarch are excellent flying from Birmingham,Manchester and Luton.
