About the home

Our Apartment boasts some of the most spectacular views in Mojacar. This fully equipped, self contained luxury Apartment has everything you need to make it the ideal base from which you can explore and enjoy your
holiday.

A few steps from the front door will take you to the uncrowded well maintained large swimming pool in its own garden setting. Should you wish to venture further, a 3 minute stroll will take you to the vast, clean and sandy blue flag beach where you will enjoy the beautiful clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

Along the promenade you will find a variety of restaurants from Italian, Bistrot, Mexican, Argentinian Steak House, Indian, Tapas and beach bars serving traditional english food and snacks. Not forgetting the Italian Ice Cream Parlor, which is a must.

There are also shops to browse along the promenade. The Commercial Shopping Centre is nearby, with trendy Boutiques, Jewellery, Gift Shops and Cafe's.

Dont forget to make a visit to Mojacar Village to feel the buzz of the Spanish life. Here are tiny streets and alley ways with even more unusual shops and a variety of Bars and Restaurants. But most of all..... take in the view.

The Apartment is large and spacious and furnished to a high standard. The wide patio doors in the lounge & double bedroom bring in the light and views. These lead out onto the 23 foot terrace, where there is a dining table and sunloungers. The twin bedroom has patio doors leading to its own private terrace. There are 2 bathrooms equipped with showers. The kitchen is fully fitted with all utilities and even a dishwasher.

We have Satellite TV, DVD, CD Radio and even a selection of books.

If you want to relax in the comfort of the Apartment, there is a large private terrace with the most breathtaking views of the sea & mountains. There is a retractable canopy to shade you from the midday sun.

Sit in one of the Bars and watch the moon glisten on the sea at night, its magical!

The beach at Mojacar Playa extends to Garrucha (famous for its many Fish Restaurants) and on to Vera creating a 7 mile expanse of coastline.

Nearby Mojacar, known as Spain's best kept secret is a picturesque village perched on the mountain top with quirky cobbled streets, lots of restaurants, unusual craft shops and relaxing bars.

For the more adventurous, there are plenty of leisure activities, Watersports, an Aqua Park in Vera, Go Kart track, Zoo, Mini Hollywood (where the Spaghetti Westerns were filmed), Cycle Hire, Diving, Fishing and Horse Riding. There is a weekly market and a Flea Market in Mojacar. There are 4 Golf Courses very close, Val de Este, Luxurious Desert Spring, Marina Golf & Cortijo Grande.

Almeria is the perfect location for a holiday, with miles of unspoilt, clean and safe beaches. It will accommodate all tastes, with a constant supply of sunshine.

The Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area

The long uncrowded sandy beaches are one of Mojacars main attractions.

The beaches are 17km long with a large part being designated as an area of natural beauty. They constantly earn European Blue Flag award for cleanliness.

It is an exceptional resort with many Beach Bars, Restaurants, Shops etc.

There is a full range of watersports, exemplorary Golf Courses, areas of Natural Park, Go Karting, Waterpark and mini Hollywood.

MARINA GOLF, the new golf course, 2 minutes away, designed by Ramón Espinosa, opens up the eastern Almería region to Andalucía´s ongoing golf/tourism boom. Marina Golf covers 5,464 metres and has two distinct halves. The first, holes 1, 2 and 12 to 18 running parallel to the sea is flat and forgiving while the other half, holes 3 to 11, takes a detour behind a hill and follows more undulating terrain. There are three large lakes affecting ten holes. Spectacular views await the golfer on the 3rd tee with the par-5 hole dropping dramatically 65 metres towards a lake and green some 485 metres distant.

“First class” We have been to Mojacar for the past six years. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The view from the extra large balcony is fantastic. We will certainly continue to keep going

“Fantastic Stay!” A group of friends and I stayed here for a week in April 2011. The apartment had a wonderful balcony with spectacular views over Mojacar promenade. The apartment was very clean and homely. The apartment was a 5minute walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay!

The apartment was beautiful and you seemed to have thought of everything, the welcome pack was really ' welcomed '.

...... We had a lovely stay in your apartment, it is very spacious and we loved the large terrace. Mojacar is a lovely place and we would not hesitate to recommend your apartment to friends or family.

We will return to Mojacar sometime in the future.

..... It was very clean, tidy and well equipped, as well as being in a very nice part of Mojacar and having a fantastic view.
