A 2 bedroom villa in a wonderful setting. Just 5 minutes walk from the sea front and 20 mins walk from bars and restaurants, this villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Mojacar.
The property sits in a complex of 4 villas and has a shared pool and large gardens. With vast outside space and no one overlooking, it feels like your own slice of paradise. There is a pool with steps for easy access and a shallow end for bathing. There is a BBQ and a large table and chairs for dining. Also, there is a small table with chairs under a covered porch, perfect for your breakfast by the pool, or those looking for a patch of shade. Furnished with 4 sun loungers and reclining chairs, the property has been built with outdoor living in mind.
Mojacar has two distinct areas, Mojacar Playa and the Pueblo. There are regular buses to the pueblo, which attract visitors from miles around. The Playa is renowned for wonderful beaches and is the centre for night-life within the region. Containing many bars and restaurants a good night out can be had for all regardless of age or style. There are frequent bus services, especially throughout July and August, buses run throughout the night.
There is one double bedroom and a twin room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to ensure a good night's sleep.
In the lounge, there is a sofa bed, FreeSat television and a CD player with radio and an Ipod docking station.
The kitchen is well made and well equipped comprising a granite worktop and all the appliances you would expect at home. Including a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave.
The harbour town of Garrucha can be reached by bus in only a few minutes, with wonderful restaurants and a market on Fridays. There is a water park on the far side of Garrucha. The two marinas in the village of Villaricos are worth a visit on market days which are every Sunday, followed by a visit to one of the numerous tapas bars.
Being situated on one floor it is ideal for people with limited mobility. There are a few steps to the front door, but also a side gate which can be used to avoid steps.
This property is a home and has been designed with this in mind. You can expect all the appliances you would have at home, including a full kitchen. The property has charm and character, something which is often missing in many newer Spanish properties. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

Mojacar playa is the major tourist destination in the region. It is renowned for a bustling nightlife and many good restaurants. The town boasts several wonderful beaches, with the picturesque mountain village of Mojacar pueblo just a few minutes away. There is a Aqua Park in nearby Garrucha.
