This apartment has been furnished to a high standard and is complete with air conditioning and satelite television, and is an ideal choice for your summer holidays. This property comprises of a comfortable lounge with A/C and satellite television and also a sofa bed. One large double bedroom, also with A/C, a good size full bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, which is complete with fridge freezer, microwave, washine machine, oven, etc. leading out from the lounge is a delightful enclosed terrace taking in the excellent views. The apartment is also easily accessible being level with the road and having your own parking bay right outside. My only request is that the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

The Costa de Almeria region
On the eastern edge of Andalucia lies the province of Almeria. It takes its name from its capital city which lies on the southern coast of the province. The area could have remained somewhat unknown if it hadn't been for the film companies who discovered that the area offered ideal film sets for films such as Lawrence of Arabia and Patton. Hundreds of westerns have been produced in the local hillsides. Almeria, despite its rugged landscape and shortage of fertile soil, has managed, with a good irrigation system, to become an important growth area and it is well known for the quality of its oranges and white grapes, most of which are exported from its port. As you drive through the province you will see an endless sea of polythene tunnels, crammed with produce. The area is almost totally dependent on this industry. The province of Almeria may initially appear to be a barren desert-like landscape but on close inspection you will find it to be the Andalucian province with the longest stretch of beaches. Empty beaches and tiny hidden coves with perfectly clear water. Because of the diverse landscapes, the range of sports activities is endless from water sports to hiking, paragliding, horse riding and golf.
Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
Mojacar Playa is a 6 mile long stretch of truly magnificent beach, with crystal waters, lined with beach bars, restaurants and beautiful promenades.The mojacar area is especially popular among spanish holiday makers, however, the area is becoming more and more popular, as more and more people find out about the areas beauty in Mojacar. Mojacar has it all, from Costa Almeria Golf courses to restaurants to ports and white beaches.

Almería airport in only 45mins drive away. The journey from Almeria airport takes you through some beautiful mountainous scenery along a new stretch of motorway.
You will find the cheapest airline flights in and out of Almería. Easyjet, Ryanair, Monach and BA fly from most UK airports to Almería.
You can also fly to Murcia or Alicante which are 2 hours drive away.
We recommend to rent a car to explore and enjoy the beautiful Almería coast and inland.
