The villa is accessed via a private gravel driveway with ample parking. Large double wooden doors lead through to an attractive walled courtyard with dining and seating for six people. In the corner of the courtyard is a unique covered bar area, perfect for entertaining. There is also a second large dining terrace at the rear of the property with lovely views over the pool.
The ground floor of the villa consists of a large and very bright open plan lounge-diner with quadruple patio doors that lead to the pool and rear terrace. Within the lounge there is plenty of seating as well as English TV and a DVD player.
The separate kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine. The kitchen has access out to the rear terraces and pool.
Also on the ground floor of the villa is a large hallway that leads to a double bedroom with access out to the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms have fans.
The master bedroom suite is located on the upper floor. It is air-conditioned and has an en suite bathroom with corner bath and shower. There is also access from the 1st floor on to a large roof terrace with amazing mountain views.

This villa has a fantastic rear terrace and pool area surrounded by attractive planting. It’s the perfect sun trap and has plenty of space for the children to play. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and it’s the ideal spot for eating and drinking outdoors.
There is a huge patio area around the pool so plenty of space for the sun loungers!
The pool is much larger than average at 10 meters x 4.5 meters with attractive Roman steps.

The Costa de Almeria region
The region of Almeria is charming and unspoilt. This area boats one of the sunniest and warmest climates in Europe! It is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’ by the locals. Relaxation and finding a corner of unspoilt Spain; this is indeed the real Spain!
This part of Spain is what you are looking for - from a famous holiday resorts like Roquetas de Mar to unspoiled natural areas, where mankind has barely left its mark. You can visit little villages and taste the local culture and cuisine or explore the Almeria city with its beautiful Alcazaba castle.
The Mojacar / Los Gallardos area
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
Garrucha is the nearest harbour town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.
Granada is one of Spain’s most interesting and beautiful ancient cities. After a pleasant drive through the mountains, visit - on foot - the 14C Alhambra, the citadel of the Caliphs of Granada, perched on a hill overlooking the city, and the nearby Generalife gardens. Then on to the cathedral where, in the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella of Castille are buried, and the Silk Bazaar.
