About the home

Only 90metres to beach, shops, bus and restaurants, yet the apartment is in quiet location. Pretty hilltop village of Mojacar nearby. All facilities close. A car is not needed here. There are some steps to the apartment. All activities on land and sea available - scuba diving to hill walking! Granada close enough for day trip. You can go ski-ing in the Sierra Nevada in winter. Fishing port, golf courses, water theme park and national park all within reach. Restaurants, cafes, takeaways and bars featuring local and international cuisine. More information on activities, fiestas, eating out, etc available on arrival. Or just relax and watch the sea.....

PLEASE NOTE. Cot, highchair, CD player and video player are not left in the apartment and should be requested. There is a ceramic hob and table top oven in the kitchen. The AC unit is a mobile unit. The TV gets all the usual digital free to view channels such as BBC 1-4 and ITV 1-4 plus Sky news. Internet is by rented dongle. An full inventory can be sent to you following your booking. Further items are available.

The Costa de Almeria region

Costa de Almeria, and particularly Mojacar, boasts a stunning coastline with uncrowded beaches, and the mountains and national parks providing a dramatic backdrop in this unspoilt area. The only European desert nearby has provided the setting for the 'Spaghetti Westerns', Indiana Jones, and Lawrence of Arabia. Andalucia is renowned for its clear blue skies and dry weather...so this area is paradise for star-gazing! Granada is close enough for a day-trip, and in winter there is excellent ski-ing and snowboarding in the Sierra Nevada. So you can be on the beach one day, and ski-ing the next!

The Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area

Mojacar is divided into two parts, Mojacar Playa and Mojacar Pueblo. The Playa boasts beautiful sandy beaches and maintains a rural atmosphere with its lack of high-rise buildings. The hilltop Moorish pueblo offers traditional cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings. Mojacar is safe and friendly - a great location for all holiday makers. You will find all the cafes, restaurants, markets and shops nearby.

WINTER RENTAL. 4 weeks or more £100 per week. For shorter periods there is a sliding scale 3 weeks at £120 per week; 2 weeks at £140 per week; 1 week at £160.

SUMMER RENTAL. 25% (quarter) deposit at time of reservation to secure your dates. Full balance required 6 weeks before arrival.

A security deposit of €80 also required with the final payment, refundable up to two weeks after departure.

A booking form will be sent to you for completion and return within the period indicated on the form. Please check the availability calendar to see if your dates are available.

The price includes all cleaning plus linen washing for the number of occupiers on the final night.

Winter rental excludes electricity.
