How to secure your booking --------------- Please send us by e-mail the following information:
- Lastname and firstname of the main tenant - Home address - Nationality and passport number - Phone/Fax numbers - E-mail address - Which flat you would like to rent - Arrival date, and number of days/weeks of rental - Number of people to come (adults and age of children if any) so that we can provide the relevant number of bedsheets and towels.
Please note: Your booking will fully be confirmed once we receive a down payment worth 20% of the total amount for the stay, to be remitted on a bank account (French, British or Moroccan) specified later by e-mail. Once the payment is confirmed by our bank, you will receive by e-mail a booking confirmation for your rental. In case of a cancellation less that 14 days before your arrival, no refund will be made.
Arrival ------------------------ Check-in time is from 2.00pm onwards. You must present your printed booking confirmation to the person who will welcome you. This person will check with you the condition of the flat, and you will need to sign a check-in inventory list. The outstanding amount for the rental must be paid in cash (only Euros, British Pounds, US Dollars or Moroccan Dirhams currencies are accepted) on the day of your arrival.
Important: Please note that you will be asked a guarantee fee worth 1000 EUR / 700 GBP / 1400 USD / 10000 MAD in cash or check, which will be given back to you on the day of your departure.
Departure ----------------------- You are kindly asked to check-out before 11.00am. A check-out inventory will be performed with you. In case of important damages to the flat made during your stay (furniture / inside or outside walls / equipments), we may use a part of the guarantee to cover the costs of repairing/renovating, depending on the type of damage.
