An easy 2 hrs drive from Manchester and located on a quite road alongside traditional welsh cottages. The property has ample private parking room for 2 cars, or one car and a jetski. A private rear garden, raised south facing patio with sea views (ideal for sundowners), a log burning stove (ideal for toasting toes) and a Webber charcoal burning barbecue for those budding chefs. Bryn Meirion contains board games, a selection of novels, Ordnance Survey maps, walking books and a family DVD library for nights in or to keep smaller members of your party occupied.
The immediate area is renowned for its walking, canoeing and fine Sandy beaches at Din Lligwy and Benllech. . The property is 2 minutes walk from the nearest pebble beach and 3 minutes from the local pub “The Kinmel” and local restaurant Annes pantry. The long sandy beach at Ligwy bay is just 1.5 miles away.

Downstairs is a lounge / dining room with the cosy log burner as a centre piece. There are plenty of books, DVDs, walking maps, and board games along with a TV / DVD / VCR and a PS2 (for vintage gamers) to keep all entertained.
The dining room faces onto the rear garden containing the south facing terrace with its large bench seat and table a popular destination for our guests to catch some rays and indulge in out-door lunches, dinners and basking in the aromas of freshly grilled food from the Webber charcoal barbecue.
Upstairs is a newly fitted bathroom (with electric shower) and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, one a single and one a bunk bed with a single on top and double (full mattress) on the bottom to give lots of flexibility re sleeping arrangements. In the rear bedroom is a TV with built in DVD player (just for DVD watching) giving some privacy for members of your party who'd like some time on their own.
The landing window gives a perfect portrait view of the bay and mountain ranges beyond as does the gable window in the single bedroom, perfect places to perch with your "wake up" mug of coffee or tea.
We have off road parking in front of the house (a scarcity in Moelfre) for two cars or a car / jetski combination and for our more organised guests the good news is that Tesco in Bangor will do a home delivery timed for just after your arrival.

Bryn Meirion's south facing patio with views over Moelfre's picture postcard bay with its large picnic table and bench seats is where most of our guests spend the bulk of their time basking in the fresh air and sunshine. Its not uncommon for guests to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside basking in the aromas of freshly grilled food from the Webber charcoal barbeque, idylic !
By popular request this is a no smoking property.

Anglesey is thriving with activities and places to see to suit all ages and interests. Moelfre itself is a picturesque former fishing village with a long maritime history – the active Moelfre Lifeboat Station and Moelfre Seawatch Centre attract many visitors every year with Moelfre is also on the Anglesey Coastal Path. You;ll be pleasantly surprised regarding the lovely sandy beaches just 2 miles away at Benllech, Din Lligwy and Traeth Buchan.
Beaumaris and its Castle are also popular visit attractions and for those of you more adventurous Treaddur bay is one of the UK's most popular kite and wind surfing destinations. Conwy, Llandudno, Betys-Y-Coed, Caernarfon are all within easy reach no more than 30 minutes away by car,
