About the home

The villa has an area of 150 square meters, it is located on one floor and has a large and bright living room with sofas and dining table, windows and a door that leads into one of the terraces of the house. Moving towards the inside we find a very large and fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table. Then, a first bath, which is followed by a double bedroom, very large, with a wardrobe. Following a second bathroom with bathtub, a twin room, and a second double bedroom, the latter also with wardrobe. The villa has an outside of about 400 square meters in which there are several terraces, one above the house with a wonderful view over the sea. Various views of the garden characterize this villa, corners where you will find peace and relaxation incomparable. Unforgettable the 'al fresco' dinners. The villa belongs to a member of IL CONSOLE, the association chaired by the famous Sicilian chef Silvana Recupero and 'the motoscrittore' (Rai, Chin ... The Sicily region

The Modica / Marina di Modica area

Marina di Modica is part of the nearby town of Modica, and is primarily a summer resort. A large part of nightclubs and shops remain closed during the winter and the low season, and the village is very quiet compared to summer. it is, however, for who do not like crowds and mass tourism, the best time to spend their holidays or weekends, away from the busy city, with confidence and with a temperature much higher and comfortable than the city, even in winter. The small bay of Marina di Modica is considered a paradise for surfers and windsurfers, thanks to its special exhibition of favorable wind conditions. Besides the wonderful beach with fine sand, you are a short walk to all major towns of Eastern Sicily : Siracusa, Noto, Scicli, Modica, as well as Piazza Armerina , Caltagirone, Agrigento, etc...
