The villa's space is spread across 3 floors. the first floor houses the main entrance with lobby, large glass-walled dining room, American style open kitchen, large living room with exits to the terrace and balcony, a bathroom and storage space. The garage with 3 car spaces, outside parking and a large pergola with summer kitchen, Italian style fire place and dining space is also at the same level. The pergola offers the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets and true Mediterranean evenings with family and friends.

The second floor houses the master bedroom with 2 guest rooms. The master bedroom has a sizable walk-in closet and en-suit bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and open views of the sea and sunset. The guest rooms both have en-suit bathrooms and comfort of hotel rooms. All bathrooms are furnished with the newest Italian-designed tiles and sanitary equipment to you the comfort and luxury you expect. This floor also has its own lounge with bar all in glass walls and with an exit to a large balcony.

The ground floor houses the largest and most luxurious private indoor-outdoor swimming pool in Dubrovnik Region with the breath-taking views of the sea, sunset and surrounding hills and bays. Beside the pool, our wellness area offers a large Jacuzzi, pool bar, sauna, fitness equipment and massages upon request.

The common spaces of the house are furnished with restored antique Alt Deutsch and Biedermeier furniture, Meissen (Dresden) porcelain and a private collection of Murano glass.

From the pool area there is a direct access to a sun-bathing terrace and a large formal garden filled with Mediterranean plants such as orange trees, olive trees, cypresses, flowers and herbs, as well as water fountains.
