Home description
Belrepayre is an old 17th century farm house restored throughout, which offers accommodation combining great character with all modern conveniences. Two unusual features, it has a yoga/dance/excercise room and a sauna. The spacious surroundings, organic garden, not to mention the beautiful short or long easy walks directly from the house in the Belene forest. The area is a hive of local activities, castles, caves, karting, parachute jumping, markets, festivals..... Belrepayre is a truly wonderful place to be.

The Midi-Pyrenees / Ariege region
Manses is near Mirepoix in Ariege. On the way between Carcassonne and Foix, Andorra. We have the climate of the Languedoc and the view of the High Pyrenees Mountains. This area has the particularity that whatever direction you go in the 10km you'll have a completely different landscape. Plenty of historical interests prehistorical to ourdays going through middle ages with the cathars, plenty of sport activities for all age and from extreme sports to easy walks.
Mirepoix area

Mirepoix is a wonderful middleage city very interesting to visit with the local market on mondays, plenty of entertainment althrough summer from festivals to car boot sale. Lots of easy walks around us directly from the property, we're near the GR78 which is the compostella pilgrinage raod that will bring you to discover nice chapels and churches. You can rent bikes or do horse riding too.

Further details indoors: The property combine the gite and a very unique and unusual "Airstream and retro trailer park". The gite itself stays very independant and completly detached from the trailer park. The proximity of the trailer park offers you from may till september the opportunity to use its amenities as the relaxation area with a red cedar wood hot-tub and a yurt as a massage studio, the tapa bar restaurant "Apollo Lounge" only open to the residents of the gite and trailer park, the games, the touristic informations ....
Further details outdoors: With the gite comes a detached veranda which gives you the opportunity to benefit by any weather a maximum of the light and the view.
A great forest on the ground of the property with a nice circuit walk. The surroundings are also great for nature walks or rides on bycilcles or horses.

On the ground of the property we have a very little campsite park with vintage American Airstream trailers for rent. The campsite is completly detached from the gite and you can acces all amenities of the campsite, ie : games, swings, ping pong, tapas bar ... everybody that have already experienced to stay in the gite say that it is a great.
Conditions
A contract will be signed, 30% deposit is to pay to confirm booking, the balance is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
