Also being just 5 minutes down the road from the popular Dordogne town of Eymet, makes it an ideal location for a family holiday home.

This 6 bed Property is set in the middle of its' own grounds, which have been developed to provide well manicured lawns, shrubs and rockeries.

The swimming pool is 11m x 6m and fully terraced, set in a quiet part of the grounds in a fully fenced and secured area. There is a retractable glazed cover which not only offers additional security to the fenced part of the garden, but also which heats the pool and guarantees an extended swimming pool .

This is officially classed as an Historic Monument. It is a beautiful building and is one of the best examples of one of these buildings in the region and adds character to the property.
