About the home

It is composed of a large entrance hall with a spacious living room with sliding doors to both sides: one to a terrace with view over the bay of Cannes, the other side to the large terrace with infinity pool and view towards the Esterel.
The living room is equipped with a dining area, a living area with chimney with TV and hifi. The kitchen situated next to the living is equipped with an American fridge/ freezer, vitro ceramic plate, oven coffee maker, espresso and dish washer.
The master bedroom is situated next to the living room and has a king size double bed 180 with terrace and garden access and a bathroom en suite equipped with shower, bath and WC and a large window with magnificent view.
The room is air conditioned from the hall stairs go to the top floor: the is one bedroom with TV and twin beds 90-190 and doors opening on to a private terrace of 30 m² with magnificent view from the hall.
Stairs go to the lower level , where is a cloak room with basin, a corroder leads to 2 bedrooms each with double bed 140 and en suite shower room, and both have access on to a garden terrace with view to Cannes on the same level is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and an exit to the parking level, where are 2 covered parking.
The outside is equipped with a large terrace with infinity pool and dining table for 8 and comfortable sun lounges the linen is supplied.
The villa is tastefully furnished, high standard and the double view and exposure makes it quiet unique.

The entrance leads to the living room and dining area, with open sliding doors on to a balcony above the pool. On the side is a larger terrace with
garden, and the barbecue. On the main level are 2 bedrooms one bathroom with toilet, cloak room, and the kitchen is at the back.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms ( of which one mansarded room ) 1 bathroom - 1 shower room.

It is possible to hire a Cot and Linen (read rental conditions)

25% deposit to confirm the booking. Then the balance is to be paid one month before arrival.

Holiday tax, final cleaning and linen are not included in the price. Linen can be hired here : 30€ for a single package and 50€ for a double package (includes bath towels).

Theoule and Miramar offer you unique landscape and spectacular view, and situated near golf courses, the ideal place for a relaxing or an active holiday.

To reach the Village take the A8 exit 40, turn left direciton La Napoule. Then pass the Village of Théoule. Take the coast road direciton St Raphael, and after 3 km, you will reach Miramar.
