The ground floor houses 2 bedrooms, 1 double,1 twin both with built in robes, a modern bathroom with separate shower and bath, a separate toilet, fully equipped laundry and secure parking. At the rear there is a landscaped BBQ entertaining area with seating for 10.

The next level houses a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area for 6, lounge with TV/DVD, stereo/CD player, powder room/toilet and a balcony with table/chairs and harbor views.

The top floor houses a large master bedroom and en suite with walk in robes, separate shower, Jacuzzi, separate toilet, double vanity, television/DVD player, phone/ intercom and balcony with table and chairs/ harbour and ocean views.

Beachside Views is located on what known as the sunset coast. At your doorstep are white sandy beaches, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, restaurants, puds, cafe and shopping.
Close by is Yanchep national park, the Alkimos shipwreak, Carramar public golf course, Joondalup golf course, major shopping centres, movie theaters, weekend markets and public transport links to the city.
