Home description
Mindarie Gardens is your perfect home away from home, with a real holiday feel about it. The BBQ has a good location beside the pool where you can cook a steak and keep the children busy at the same time or kick back in one of the sun loungers. The pool is secure so that little ones can not get in without the help of an adult.
The master suite has a queen size bed and sliding doors that lead straight out to the pool area, perfect for thoes hot evenings, with plenty of lighting in and around the pool, open plan en suite with a corner spa is just what you need after a hard day at the beach.
The second bedroom has a double bed, and the 3rd has 2 single beds with second bathroom next door to both.
Provided for your comfort is a lounge room with t.v and dvd player, family room with stereo and CD player and a well equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal and a bottle of wine are complimentary to all our guests.

The climate can range from 18 degree Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius.
For a big night out Joondalup is an easy bus and train ride away, the bus stops outside Mindarie Gardens and drops you off at the train station, two stops and you are there, where you will find plenty of pubs clubs and places to eat.
Mindarie Keys area
Mindarie Keys is a seaside suburb north of the city centre. There is a fantastic beach and marina within easy walking distance of Mindarie Gardens, where you can enjoy good food and drinks at The Boat Tavern with a view to die for. Or maybe a coffee at the coffee Deck the choice is yours but keep an eye out for the dolphins that frequent these waters.
How to get there
Mindarie Keys is about 40 minute drive north from the airport.
There is a budget car rental company at the airport and they can have a car waiting for you.
You can book on line and save $5 AUD a day at www.budget.com.au.

Further details indoors: This is a very comfortable family home with plenty of space and enjoyed by all our guests.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a choice of two sitting areas, one under the pergola where you can get away from all that playing in the pool and one under the shade sail beside the pool where you can cook a steak on the BBQ or if you feel more like kicking back have lounge in one of the sun loungers. It's a tough choice but someone has to make it.

Conditions
A $500 bond is required that is refunded on return of the keys. We ask guests to keep smoking to the outside areas.
