The Villa boasts 4 large and spacious bedrooms each with its own en suite and a walk in wardrobe. The Master Bedroom hosts double walk in wardrobes, a his n hers en-suite with a large deep bath, private balcony and ocean views.
Downstairs consists of a large family living area including a open plan style dining and lounge room, large comfy lounges and seating for 8. The home is fully equipped with a solid wood kitchen hand crafted by the owner in local WA Wood, Chef style chrome oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and much more. Downstairs also has an additional Toy Room or nursery (on request) which also has a sofa bed for additional 2 people, and a separate upstairs Theatre room. The house had ducted air conditioning/ heating throughout, wooden floors and the most stunning, hand crafted Wooden staircase.

Mindarie Keys area
Mindarie is a beautiful beachside suburb which is centrally located to most popular attractions. Perth International airport is approx 40-50 minutes away and Perth city is approx 35-40 minutes drive. Within a few minute walk is the Mindarie Marina, perfect for a early evening walk and packed full of places to see, eat and drink at - Restaurants, Taverns and Coffee Shops, icecream and lolly shops galore as you walk down the boardwalk. Take a stroll down and try a boutique beer at the trendy new Indian Ocean Brewery or try fish and chips at The Boat Alehouse or The Coffee Deck cafe. All overlooking our breathtaking harbour. There is also a boat ramp here for boat owners.Mindarie is a beautiful place to live.
Buses and trains are close by. Ocean keys shopping centre is a two minute drive, or local shops [supermaket,pharmacy,bakery ,bottle shop etc] are only a short walk. Mindarie Beach is also walking distance, take the kids to see the duck pond on the way. The house is well located for everything you need.
There are also several restaurants, take-away spots and shops within the local area, and most within walking distance , there is a children's park and play area, tennis courts and two main beaches only a stones throw away.
How to get there
Mindarie is situated approximately 33km and an estimated 35-40min drive north of Perth City. The Perth International Airport is situated approximately 45km and an estimated 40 - 50 min drive to Mindarie. Joondalup City Centre is approximately 8km from Mindarie. Taxi costs from Perth Airport to Mindarie will be approximately $70 (dependant on the time of travel in the day or night and traffic conditions). The clean up of Cigarette butts found inside or outside will incur a reduction in bond returned. $1000 AUD refundable bond is required prior to collection of keys and will be refunded on departure ( subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of total rental cost is required as deposit to confirm the booking( this does not include the bond amount)
