MINDARIE SEA COTTAGE is located an easy walk from Clayton's Beach and other beach-side walks to the Mindarie Marina where you can sit and watch the crayfish boats,motor boats and yachts entering and leaving the small seaside habour.
Sleeping 6 people, this delightful cottage has a spacious family meals area, 3 bedrooms plus a study/computer nook with free broadband access. One can barbecue on the patio while gazing across the dunes to the ocean.
You can take a short walk down to the beautiful Clayton's Beach (home to many body boarders and surfers) or take a short drive along the to the patrolled/swimming beach in Quinns Rocks .

The secure terraced terraced home is fully equipped with linen and towels. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and much more. The reverse cycle a/c family living area has a television with playstation and cd player, games & books, and comfortable dining area. The master bedroom has an en-suite with large walk in robe. The two children's bedrooms are near the family bathroom and separate toilet and laundry with washing machine, and linen cupboard. A porta-cot , high chair and stroller are available on request

Mindarie Sea Cottage is a NON Smoking home, anyone who does wish to smoke, please do so only outside and use ashtrays provided. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Pets.

Perth has beautiful beaches and great weather, this makes it the perfect location for a holidays. One can watch the beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean while fishing or crabbing at the habour edge or just sipping wine and relaxing on the beach. Enjoy boating, sailing,snorkeling, diving, or cycling along the endless cycle paths.
The historic port of Freemantle, along with the impressive Maritime Museum is about 45 minutes drive away,you can also get there by train or by boat. Cruising on the Swan River is highly recommended and sailboats can be rented in South Perth. Another must is a day-trip to the wineries in the Swan Valley.
Rottnest Island is about a 45 minute ferry ride from Hillarys , where only pedal power is allowed and the island is full of beautiful scenery and Quokkas.

Located just 30 minutes from Perth City, Mindarie Marina is the perfect location whether you are looking for a holiday, function venue or a relaxing afternoon by the ocean
The Mindarie Marina is the largest man-made harbour in Australia. The habour depth varies from two to five metres.

The micro brewery is located right on the waters edge and open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, 11am- late. The Indi Brewhaus offers a selection of 8 different and unique award winning handcrafted beers, brewewd on site by our very own Master Brewer.
3)Dome Coffee Shop
The Boardwalk's newest addition is the Dome coffee shop. Enjoy mouthwatering breakfasts, lunches and dinners 7 days aweek!

CLAYTONS BEACH
Clayton's beach in Mindarie is also a great beach for great waves. but stand up surfers beware, the reef is very shallow and is more suited for bodyboarding. Yeah the stand ups can be dangerous and sometimes it wedges off of the rocks making it hard to survive but sometimes you can pull out of the barrel.ated 4/5 stars on World 66 rating
QUINNS BEACH
Lifeguards to keep you safe and the new Portofinos Pizza and Pasta restaurant on thebecah should be up and running by Christmas 09
YANCHEP NATIONAL PARK
If you would like to see Koalas and Kangaroos, Yanchep national park is a 15 minute drive ,where you can see many forms of Australian wildlife, learn about the Aboriginal people, visit the caves and have a meal at Yanchep Inn.
OCEAN KEYS SHOPPING CENTRE
Large shoppping Mall with food shops, newsagents, bakers, K-Mart ,clothes shops and more
TRAIN STATION
Catch the bus or drive to the nearby train staion at Clarkson where you can catch the train to Perth City and/or Freemantle
