Did you know that allegedly Perth has the second best climate of all cities in the world? On most hot summer days the "Fremantle Doctor" kicks in in the afternoons, bringing a welcome cooling ocean breeze.
Somerly / Clarkson is located 33km north of Perth CBD and is a wonderful base to explore beautiful Perth North, the City and Fremantle, surrounding tourist attractions and whole stunning Western Australia with its unspoilt nature - only to mention a few regions, visit the Pinnacles, Kalbarri, Monkey Mia, Coral Reef to the north and Wave Rock, Busselton Jetty, Margaret River to the south!
Mindarie Keys / Somerly area
CLARKSON INTERCHANGE - currently Perth’s northernmost train station - is only a SHORT STROLL from your holiday house away, though enjoying a quiet location. Perth City can be reached in a 30 minutes breeze. Or hop off after 2 stops at Joondalup, where you can spend a whole day at the Lakeside Shopping Centre.
A 5-minute-drive by car takes you to popular MINDARIE KEYS with its fantastic cafés/restaurants in spectacular marina scenery, e.g. the new "Indian Ocean Brewhaus" and "The Boat", and to Mindarie's beach. A 7-minute-drive up north and you are at QUINNS BEACH with miles of breathtaking coastline and white sandy beaches.
Further close-by tourist attractions not to be missed are YANCHEP NATIONAL PARK (10 minutes) to watch Koalas and Kangaroos, as well as famous HILLARY'S HARBOUR (15 minutes along the coastal tourist drive) which reminds of Fishermen’s Wharf and, together with hotspot Fremantle, is departure point to the natural beauty of Rottnest Island.
OCEAN KEYS SHOPPING CENTRE is 2 minutes away by car, or have your choice of take-away in "foodstreet" / dine out in the local great new Whale 'n' Ale Pub/Restaurant!

Further details indoors: Your Tequila Sunrise holiday house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a walk-in robe and its own en suite, the other 2 bedrooms have built-in robes and share a second bathroom and separate toilet.
For a relaxing evening after a day in the great outdoors the living room features a 42" Plasma TV.
If not throwing a steak on the BBQ, use the kitchen's gas hotplates, fan-forced oven or microwave. There is a large fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher as well as kettle and toaster.
The spacious laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board and offers direct access to the landscaped backyard and a clothes line.
On hot summer days you will appreciate the ducted evaporative air-conditioning in the open-plan-living area and the bedrooms, while on cold winter mornings a powerful gas heater keeps you warm and cozy.
Hi-chair, travel cot and baby linen on request at no extra cost.
2GB per month broadband Internet available - just bring your laptop which must have Windows XP or above. Wireless inside house if laptop is compatible.
