Milford Manor (11 Milford Green, Mindarie) is a family home that can sleep up to 10 people. Style, space and comfort is the theme and with relaxation the key to a good holiday or short break this home is just the ticket. Wi-Fi Broadband Internet and FULL Platinum FOXTEL Package.
With four bedrooms, a study/nursery, two separate living areas and a choice of casual meals, formal dining room or outside entertaining, Milford Manor is able to accommodate ten people with ease. For ultra comfort the home is complete with sparkling below ground solar heated pool & reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. A coffee plunger is also provided, so bring your favourite beans for the morning coffee by the pool. After your long and lazy day by the pool or on the beaches, relax in one of the numerous lounges.
Outside the spacious home is a wrap around all weather pergola, overlooking the pool and water fountain. Here you can enjoy a steak on the barbie while the sun goes down or tan yourself by the pool with your latest book or magazine.

Golden beaches stretch to the north and the south. Claytons beach is the spot for surfing.
Quinns beach is the home of the newly constructed Mindarie Quinns Surf Life Saving Club. Good fishing spots can be found off the rocks around the Marina.
Mindarie Keys area
Milford Manor is centrally located and a 10 minute walk in any direction with take you to a choice of licensed restaurants.
Shop in a choice of the local village centre or venture a little further afield to the major Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, both are easy walking distance.
Mindarie Keys Marina is a pleasant uncomplicated and uncrowded area with 2 local licensed premises on the harbour, both offering excellent beers, wines and food.

50% Deposit to be paid at time of booking. Balance on occupancy. Milford Manor operates a "no refund policy".
A $750 Security/Cleaning Bond to be paid on occupancy, refundable on leaving.
Minimum booking of 7 days. 21 days over Christmas/New Year period
Arrival times are 2pm onwards, departure before 10am.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets. It is a non-smoking home and ask that any visitors who wish to smoke, keep to outside areas only.
