Marina Views is a light, bright and stylish 3 storey home set in Mindarie Keys and only a few minutes walk from Mindarie Marina.
As you enter this home you will see that the owners have designed this home with luxury in mind, walk in and you see the stairs that lead you down to the kitchen, dining area and lounge. There are sliding doors that take you out onto what can only be describe as a WOW alfresco area.
This fantastic alfresco area, has a table and chairs for 6, a built in gas bbq for you to enjoy and views out along the marina and Mindarie's children's beach.
On the other levels you will find bedroom 1 with a set of bunks, bedroom 2 with queen sized bed, bedroom 3 with queen sized bed and an en suite with spa bath, formal lounge with plasma TV, bathroom, a laundry room and 2 other wc's. AND 2 balconys one that leads from the master bedroom and another from the formal lounge area.

I stayed at Marina Views with my husband, 2 children and our 2 friends. We were all very excited about coming to Perth but a bit worried about where the house would be situated, to our delight it was perfect we could not of asked for anything more.
The location was fantastic what more could you possible want than to wake up to the birds singing and the amazing views over the marina and the India Ocean. With just a one minute walk to the beach. The house was stunning and the photos did not do it justice, it was impeccable and the kitchen would be every chefs dream with all the utensils you could ever imagine. The neighbours were wonderful people and could not of made us feel more welcome, we were treated just like the locals and made to feel very at home. It is a very secure house and the gates out the back along the marina wall are kept locked at all times so the children can play in the garden area without to much worry. I would recommend this house to anybody who is looking for a very chilled out holiday with luxury added into it. We had a wonderful stay at Marina Views and can't wait to go back soon.
