From the moment you enter this home you know that you are going to enjoy your stay. With the 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite to the Master Bedroom), nursery/playroom which comes complete with tv and dvd/vcr player (and even a selection of videos and dvds for the children to watch) formal lounge with TV and dvd/vcr, formal dining, family room with TV and dvd player , kitchen and laundry room this really is a large house that can easily accommodate 7 guests.
The house also benefits from evaporative air con throughout the house and for the winter months there is a gas fire in the family area.
Outside there is a large all weather pergola with table and 8 chairs and that all important gas bbq.

The villa was walking distance to Mindarie keys with several good restaurants. It also is walking distance to a vast number of shops and supermarkets. The villa is well presented and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay at this villa in the future
The property manager was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. Lovely welcome pack left for us, was greatly appreciated.

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area region
Western Australia is a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year, the winter months here are generally around 19 degrees while the summer months are a beautiful 30 degree, with minimum rainy days.
The Mindarie Keys area
The house is in the beachside suburb of Mindarie and within easy walking distance of the Mindarie Marina where you will find The Boat Pub (this is their website www.theboat.com.au) and The Indian Ocean Brewing Company (web site www.indibrew.com/) both are great places to sit back and enjoy a good meal, relax and watch the fishermen come back in with their catch.
Also just 5 minutes walk away you will find The Hogs Breath Cafe (web site www.hogsbreath.com.au) which is another great place to eat out, especially with children.
Mindarie is also close the Clarkson Train station, so you can leave the car at home and just hop into town without the worry of the traffic. The bus stop is opposite the house, so here you catch the bus straight to the train station - It couldnt be easier!

We've stayed in a holiday rental from Elite last year (Sunset at Seaquins), and had a fab time and so chose to use Elite again. Again, the house did not disappoint, clean and comfortable with all the mod cons including Fox (not that you'll want to sit and watch TV!) Great pool (fenced of course!) with child friendly steps. Top class service from Elite Villa Holidays - would not hesitate to recommend them, or their holiday homes! |
