The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area
Perth has beautiful beaches and great weather, which makes it ideal for barbeques and picnics. Our sunsets are amazing! On a balmy night, why not take a bottle of wine, to the beach and watch the sun go down over the Indian Ocean. What could be more perfect! Enjoy boating, watersports,snorkling [why not learn how to dive]] or just lay back on a lounge and work on that suntan! The historic port of Fremantle is about 45 mins drive, you can also get there easily by train, or for a real treat, enjoy a pleasant trip by boat! You can also take a river cruise down the Swan River, visit the wineries on the way and try wine tasting. There are many wineries in the Swan Valley. Take the ferry and visit Rottnest Island for the day and see our Quokkas!
If you would like to see Koalas and Kangaroos, Yanchep national park is a ten minute drive, there you can see many forms of Australian wildlife, or have a meal or a beer {or both} at The Yanchep Inn.
Mindarie Keys area
Mindare is a beautiful place to live! We have lovely parks, tennis courts,[which are a stones throw away ]nice beaches and of course,our biggesr attraction- the Marina. Mindarie keys Marina with its pubs and cafe's is approx a ten minute walk from the house. Take a stroll down and have a boutique beer or wine at the trendy new Indian Ocean Brewery or try The Boat Alehouse, which is famous for its fish and chips or The Coffee Deck , all overlookinf our breathtaking harbour. Joondalup City is a short drive away and Joondalup Resort is a world class golf Course, if you fancy a round of golf. Ocean Keys shopping centre is two minutes away by car or there are local shops,video library, liquor store bakery,etc within walking distance. Mindarie is situated approx half an hours drive from Perth's CBD. Buses and trains are close by. The house is well located for all your needs.

We can arrange a luxury vehicle to collect you and [ all your luggage ] and bring you to your holiday home and help you settle in, for very competitve rates.

Further details indoors: The house has three separate areas , the huge room upstairs and the family area both have TV's so if you want to watch separate programs to the children this is ideal.
Further details outdoors: Make the most of the private front terrace. We have provided table and chairs Try having your breakfast out here, or a nice glass of wine and enjoy the view. Tennis courts are available for hire about a hundred meters away. There is also a children's playground with play equipment a short distance away. If the kids are into Skateboarding, there is a skatepark at Ocean keys.

Lindsay's Beach House is a NON smoking home! We ask that anyone who does wish to smoke, do so only outside and use ashtrays avprovided. Strictly NO PETS on premises. We make every effort to keep a high standard for this property. If we feel that it has been left in an unsatisfactory condition, or if there is breakage or loss, we will withold the bond at our discrertion.
Conditions
We require forty percent deposit to be paid at time of booking. Balance on occupancy. Deposits are refundable providing cancellation is made six weeks prior to arrival. A no refund policy applies over peak periods [December thru to April]. A security / cleaning bond is appliccable of five hundred dollars[ Aus], payable on occupancy . This will be fully refunded, provided property is left in the condition it was found! Minimun booking period is seven days. Property to be vacated by ten o'clock am, possesion, three o'clock pm. Unless otherwise arranged. Ten per cent discount for bookings of four weeks and over. Not including christmas period.
