Feel right at home in this welcoming country style villa which was chosen by the BBC for the filming of the program "Wanted Down Under ". A series about British people who were considering migrating to Australia.

Featuring spacious rooms with lovely wood flooring. Formal dining and lounge.
Huge family room and country kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms. Outdoor area has an all weather pergola overlooking big swimming pool.
Enjoy a steak on the barbecue or take a short stroll to Mindaries beaches or the Marina with its cafes and the new trendy "Indian Ocean Brewing Company" ,also "The Boat "which is famous for its fish and chips! These are all approx two hundred meters from your door.

Information on local attractions will be available for you to browse thru.
Complimentary tea,coffee, milk and a bottle of champagne will be waiting for you on arrival!

Bayport Villa is a NON Smoking home, We ask that anyone who does wish to smoke, do so only outside and use ashtrays provided. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Pets.

Conditions

We require forty percent deposit to be paid at time of booking. Balance on occupancy .Deposits are refundable providing cancellation is made four weeks prior to arrival . A no refund policy applies over peak periods{December thru to April] A security/cleaning bond is applicable of five hundred Australian dollars also payable at time of booking. This will be fully refunded providing, property is left in the condition which it is found! Minimum booking period is seven days. Property to be vacated by ten oclock ,possesion three oclock unless other wise arranged.
Ten percent discount for bookings of four weeks and over. Not including Christmas period.

Mindarie Marina

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area region

Perth has beautiful beaches and great weather, which makes it ideal for barbecues and picnics. Our sunsets are amazing! On a balmy night why not take a bottle of wine to the beach and watch the sun go down over the Indian ocean. What could be more perfect?
Enjoy boating, watersports,snorkling [why not learn how to dive] or just lay back and work on your sun tan!
The historic port of Freemantle is about 45 minutes drive,you can also get there by train or treat yourself and enjoy a pleasant trip by boat! You can also take a river cruise down the Swan River, visit the wineries on the way and enjoy wine tasting , There are many wineries in the Swan Valley. Take the ferry and visit Rottnest Island for the day and see our Quokkas!
If you would like to see Koalas and Kangaroos, Yanchep national park is a ten minute drive ,where you can see many forms of Australian wildlife or have a meal or a beer[or both] at Yanchep Inn.

The Mindarie Keys area

Mindarie is a beautiful place to live.
We have lovely parks , tennis courts, beaches and of course our biggest attraction, Mindarie Marina with its pubs and cafe strip,which is situated two hundred meters from the house. Take a stroll down and try a boutique beer at the trendy new Indian Ocean Brewery or try fish and chips at The Boat Alehouse or The Coffe Deck cafe. All overlooking our breathtaking harbour.
Mindarie is situated approx half an hours drive north from Perths CBD.
Buses and trains are close by.
Ocean keys shopping centre is a two minute drive, or local shops [supermaket,pharmacy,bakery ,bottle shop etc] are only a short walk. Mindarie Beach is also walking distance, take the kids to see the duck pond on the way. The house is well located for everything you need.
