Villa Marina is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday in style and comfort. With all new modern furnishings and tasteful decor you will feel totally at home. There are four bedrooms (master en-suite), two separate living areas, huge fully equipped kitchen, outside alfresco area with gas bbq and below ground solar heated swimming pool with child security gates. For those balmy nights there is airconditioning and in the master bedroom there is an additional ceiling fan. Satellite television and DVD player are also provided.
For those travelling with children a cot and highchair can be provided for a small additional cost.

Hot and sunny during the long summer months and a mild winter are a perfect combination for year round enjoyment.
Mindarie Keys area
Just a 10 minute drive from the beautiful National Parkland of Yanchep where you can see the koalas and go boating on the lake. And of course there are plenty of kangaroos too! Whiteman park and Caversham wildlife park with its tram and huge children's playground are only 20 minutes away also. Or why not visit Perth Zoo just across the river from the city?
The beautiful beaches of the Indian ocean are only 800 metres away and stretch for hundreds of miles in both directions. Swim with the dolphins or go whale watching in special charter boats from Hillarys marina just a 10 minute drive away.
The huge shopping complex at Joondalup is only 7km away or you could catch the train for a 27 minute ride into Perth City.

Thank you for a memorable stay in a beautiful, spotless villa. It is lovely and we couldn't have asked for a higher standard. The little touches like groceries in the fridge and pantry upon arrival plus a bottle of bubbly were really appreciated and made it very special.
