The Villa: This amazing property features 3 separate floors offering a variety of delights to suit everyday living.
The ground floor has the double lock-up garage with entrance to the house, two large bedrooms, one with television, lovely lounge area also with television to relax and unwind, fabulous bathroom and decked outside area.
The second floor hosts the main living areas. A beautiful galley kitchen, complete with breakfast bar designed to encourage conversation and interaction. This sociable kitchen is very functional for whipping up a casual meal or entertaining guests.
The built in bar offers an escape to enjoy a beverage and admire the marina view, or sip a cocktail on the upper balcony and watch the amazing sunsets across the Marina and ocean. If you are lucky you may even see the fish eagles residing close by catching fish for their dinner.
Relax in the comfort of the lounge room watch the LCD television and enjoy a casual evening at home. Or enjoy a formal meal at the 8 seat dining table, taking in the spectacular artwork and furnishings.
